Beautiful Bohemian Bungalow

This charming home with an artistic flair is centrally located in S.E. Atlanta in the re-emerging neighborhood of Lakewood Heights. It's close to Screen Gems Studios, the airport, Downtown Atlanta, Grant Park, East Atlanta, and all major highways. While the area isn't very pretty, my home is gorgeous, its on a quiet street (except for on Sundays during Falcon's Football season), and its safe.

Our home is both comfortable and beautiful. It sits on a lot with huge oak and black walnut trees. It has off-street parking, a wonderful front porch, a private backyard, hardwood floors, and a huge bathroom. While our home is located in a re-emerging area , it is very safe and feels much more like country-living than city dwelling.

Our home is a treat to live in. Imagine a cool boutique hotel with a full kitchen and free parking. We take pride in our home and have decorated it with love. We expect that you will love it as much as we do and take care of it during your stay here.
Our home has 2 large bedrooms and one surprisingly large bathroom.

Our neighborhood is a very eclectic mix of races, religions, styles, and economics. Our neighbors are not the nicest looking people but they are really great people that take care of each other. It is a very friendly place with neighbors that look out for each other. It is a redeveloping neighborhood with many opportunities to rent or buy houses in many different price points and it's close proximity to everything makes living here desirable to people that chose to spend more time living and less time commuting. This place is a small town in the middle of the big city!

We even have a 78 acre park in walking distance that has waterfalls, a tributary, a community garden, 60 acres of wilderness, paved and unpaved walking trails, mountainous terrain, and one of the largest sycamore trees in the Southeast region. If you love to hike, you'll love Southbend Park!
