Beautiful Big Resort Home,Views, Pool table, Ping Pong, Air Hockey, Foosball

There is a road from the main highway that winds through this beautiful neighborhood that leads to the cul-de-sac where the house is located. House has a large driveway, two-car garage. The bedrooms are spacious with beautiful handmade quilts covering the beds. The kitchen is spacious and more than fully equipped. The washer and dryer were a bonus. The basement or lower level of the home was exactly as described. My kids loved this level of the home with pool table, foosball table, air hockey, and a ping pong table. The home is minutes from the Massanutten indoor waterpark, and the Perfect Break entertainment facility where kids zip-lined, drove bumper cars, etc. This house is spacious, pristine clean, centrally located, and well equipped to meet the needs of my family. The owner always responded timely to my emails. We look forward to returning for a longer stay in this home.

It kept both kids and adults entertained for hours and really added an extra level of fun to the stay.The kitchen was incredibly well stocked—honestly one of the best we’ve seen in a rental. It had everything you could possibly need, from plenty of cookware, utensils, and sharp knives to small appliances and extras that made cooking easy.The living spaces were cozy and inviting, the beds were comfortable, and there was plenty of room for everyone to spread out and relax. Every detail felt well thought out, making the entire experience seamless and stress-free.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a top-notch Vrbo experience!

This house was wonderful! My family and I had so much fun and the house had something different for all of us to do. Definitely a hit for our kids will do this in the future.

Very easy vacation! I hate when places don't include anything in the house and then you have to buy dishwasher detergent, hand soap, sponges, trash bags, laundry detergent, aluminum foil, and a million other (hopefully) travel-sized home supplies, but this was NOT the case here! All we bought was additional tp, paper towels, and olive oil (and of course we brought our own towel, per the listing. Don't forget about bringing hand towels for the bathrooms!).Garage was great to have (it's clean and spacious with no clutter!), house is an easy like 8 min drive to the ski resort and a 5 min drive to restaurants, ice cream, and the ski rental place on 33, so for us it was central to our daily activities.If you're not going out to eat and you prefer to cook at home, they do have lots of spices (no chili pepper flakes that we saw though), two fridges, and a grill that had basically full propane tank. There was a Keurig, toaster, I recall a panini press, and probably other appliances I didn't pay attention to.Our only critique was that the master bed mattress felt a bit soft on the right side, so my husband slept in the middle of the mattress while I slept on the left (it's a King size bed, so not a big deal for us). We let the owners know, since they were super great communicators throughout our stay, and they said that they'd check it out (apparently it's a Tempurpedic low profile mattress, so it might also be a preference issue).

Paula, the owner of the house was very accommodating and prompt with her communication. The house was decorated nicely, clean and comfortable. We were even able to use the garage, which came in handy since the weather was so cold. The kitchen was furnished with nice cookware, small electronics and even had a stocked spice carousel! The basement was an entertainment center for everyone. The family really enjoyed all of the video games and consoles in the bedrooms. We were in Massanutten for a family trip and all family that visited us couldn't stop talking about how nice the house was. We will definitely return and book the same house if available! In addition, the house is in close proximity to the resort area. We really enjoyed ourselves!

We had a great stay! The place was super clean, well-stocked with great amenities, and the gaming tables downstairs were a huge hit. The location was perfect—just minutes from skiing and the waterpark. Would definitely stay again!

We celebrated our daughter’s graduation from JMU. The home was clean and well equipped. Kitchen had all the appliances and cooking ware we needed. Downstairs was ideal for our daughter and her two small children. Of note, with no thermostat downstairs, it was difficult to regulate the tempature and the gas fireplace emitted a gas odor so it was not used.

Perfect space to gather with family for Thanksgiving. Well appointed kitchen. Due to the cold weather we particularly appreciated the pool table, ping pong table, air hockey, and foosball.

The game room was wonderful for indoor entertainment for many people at one time. The house accommodated us very comfortably.

Excellent home and host! We’ve stayed at the house for many years and will continue to. We’ve never had any issues, and communicating with the host is quick and easy. Great location, rooms, games for entertainment and rental price. Highly recommend, but don’t go when we want to!

Kitchen was fully equipped with traditional Coffee maker and a Keurig pod coffee maker. House was clean and Paula our hostess was very communicative. Overall a great house!

I can't think of a thing that needs improvement. From the beds, living areas, kitchen, etc., all are in excellent condition and immaculate. Our hostess, Paulam is very resposive and easy to work with. It's our second stay at this property.

We absolutely loved this property!!! It is sooo spacious and the game room is awesome. The screened in porch was an amazing space. We sat out there with a glass of wine on a rainy day. Everything was very clean and the house was well equipped. The home was decorated in Fall colors, which was a great touch. Check-in and check-out was a breeze. Will definitely visit again!

We had a wonderful week at this location. When we walked in the door the house smelled so clean and fresh! And it was clean from top to bottom! The Kitchen had everything that we needed and we enjoyed eating there with our whole family! The house was perfect for the 10 of us that stayed there. Beds were clean and comfortable. The kids and adults loved the game room. The screened in back porch was such a nice place to set and just visit. Paula was wonderful to answer all of our questions and she responded immediately! The Host and the house were perfect! Thank you Paula we had a wonderful family vacation! Would definitely stay here again.

We had a fantastic stay here. The property was clean and offered a lot of room to spread out in. The kids loved having the basement room to themselves and had plenty of games to keep them busy. The deck was nice to relax on after a day of hiking. The one afternoon we used the pool there was almost no one else there. The host was great at communicating and very helpful!

The property is clean and has plenty of space! There are table games to play and several tvs. The WiFi was reliable and there are ceiling fans in the bedrooms. While you can hear some normal road traffic, there weren’t any other people around or any late-night noise. I recommend bringing a couple 4-ft extension cords for more than one person to charge phones/tablets/gaming devices while in bed or on the couch. Overall, we had a great experience and the host was excellent!

This is our 2nd time staying at this home and we had a great time. It is close to everything and has a great game room loaded with things to do. It has a wonderful screened in porch that is really relaxing. The neighborhood is quiet and the host is great about answering questions quickly. We would absolutely stay here again.

What a lovely house! The photos don't do it justice. It's warm, cozy, inviting, and very comfortable. A big selling feature was the awesome gameroom -- it didn't disappoint! One of our favorite moments was morning coffee and conversation on the relaxing screened-in, covered deck that felt like a tropical retreat. And to boot, the host couldn't have been nicer. Nestled in a charming neighborhood, this hideaway is top notch, and we look forward to returning.

Pros: 1. Very clean2. Very comfortable beds3. Lots of fun activities for kids and adults.Cons: 1. You need to bring your own towels and washcloths, which is a pain for 7 family members. 2. You are asked to take your trash to the dump, which is about 3 miles from the house. 3. You are asked to strip beds and put laundry in the laundry room.I have not been asked to do all this at other VRBO vacation homes in the past. I felt like the cleaning crew instead of the guest at this house.

My husband and I brought my daughter, son-in-law and 5 kids to Virginia to celebrate our 50th Anniversary The house was beautiful and plenty of bedroom and everything you needed in the kitchen plus more. The game room, multiple tv’s, kept all very busy especially the kids. We will definitely rent again in the future.

Pros: Property was very clean and close to the ski resort/waterpark. Teenagers had plenty of games to keep them entertained. Pool passes provided but we didn’t use them as the pool was 10 minutes away. Cons: The house had 6 bath towels for a reservation of 11 people. No shower gel or hand towels. Checkout instructions included a garbage dump at a site 3.5 miles away from the property. After a 9 minute drive we arrived at the address described to find a post saying not allowed to leave garbage. The entrance of the property had a wasp nest and my brother (who’s allergic to them) got bit on his ear. Luckily my dad, who is a doctor, was with us. The property owner was not responsive. I sent an email asking for possibility of a late checkout (around noon on Saturday) to enjoy a relaxed Fathers Day breakfast on Sunday morning and never received an answer for yes or no. A no with have been fine but to ignore the email all together is not appropriate. If you are a light sleeper, you might want to reconsider or bring ear plugs as the house is by a main road and the first room on the left has a very loud noise (maybe the AC unit)

The house was incredibly clean and in a great location. We were in town for a State track meet at JMU and it was very close to JMU. The game room in the basement was loved by my teenagers and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to make meals. I would definitely recommend this home.

Paula was great to work with. The home was just what our family needed to celebrate our daughter’s graduation from JMU.

We needed a place to stay for my daughter graduation. We spent 3 nights here and really enjoyed it. The kitchen was well equipped, and we cooked and ate several meals. The younger ones enjoyed playing with the pool tables and video games. This place was perfect for hosting family and spending time celebrating my daughter. Thank you so much, would definitely stay here again.

Nine of us, ages 15 to 63, stayed 3 nights during our annual ski weekend. We make a trip to Massanutten annually and chose this home in 2025 due to the space and game room. The house is stocked from the kitchen to the game cabinet. The location is only a couple miles further from the slopes than we usually choose and that wasn't a problem for us.

The home was beautiful, clean and very well stocked. Everything worked well and the game room was a huge hit! Great location! It actually looked better in person than online.

The property was perfect for an extended family ski weekend. We were in close proximity to amenities and the game room in the house was wonderful for our multigenerational group. Everything was clean and the kitchen was well stocked quth appliances to meet our needa.

This is a great location! Perfect for two families or one family looking for some room to breathe. The whole had so much fun playing all the games downstairs and I really appreciated the sunrises over the mountain each morning.

We stayed over Thanksgiving with extended family (ages 13 -76) and everything was perfect. Host is friendly, helpful and responds to messages quickly. No problems with checking in or out. House was clean and kitchen had all the necessary basics (even for preparing Thanksgiving)! Game room is the best - our kids (and most adults) were never bored. Location is great. We stayed for proximity to JMU and it's an easy 20ish minutes away. I highly recommend this property and won't hesitate to stay here again.

This property was perfect for our trip up to JMU for a football game! The home had plenty of space and a great room set up for 3 families of three with infants. It is hard to find houses that fit 12 with mostly queen/king bed options, so I was really excited to find this property! The house’s proximity to the resort entrance made for quick trips to Harrisonburg. There were a lot of specific directions to follow for check out that were hung all around the property’s walls, including running a load of laundry and a dishwasher load. The rugs could use a cleaning - the babies’ feet were getting really dirty walking around the house. The description of the property is extremely accurate and helped our young families pack well for a successful weekend. The host was very easy to contact as well. We will definitely consider staying here again in the future!

We were dodging the storm on the coast and found this great place. Golf, pool, waterpark, and plenty near by. The house was very clean and had plenty of space. Our oldest son uses a walker and the first floor worked out great. The bathroom was a little tight for him, but he made it work. The owner was very accommodating and responsive. We would recommend this house and will look into staying again if we head to this area.

I was really impressed by how clean this home was, and there are instructions for everything, which made it very stress-free and easy. The owner is very responsive and was flexible with check in/out times, which was very appreciated. The game room was the highlight. We will definitely be back!
