Description

The house was built in 2012 with a very high standard. There are hardwood floors throughout the house accompanied by beautiful tiles in all the bathrooms. The main floor boasts 9 ft ceilings with some amazing trim work along the ceilings and floors. The dining room seats 8 with room for more by just adding the extra leaf. Upstairs there is the master bedroom with a king size bed, spacious walk-in closet, and a full bathroom with dual showerheads. The 3 other bedrooms all have queen-sizebeds with 2 of the rooms having built-in closets and the largest of the rooms has a pull out couch which can sleep two. There is also a full bathroom with a bathtub on this floor. From the kitchen there are double sliding glass doors that open up to a large deck, patio area, and very spacious backyard.(100x75ft).

In the morning you can enjoy a nice cup of coffee while sitting in the sun on the large front porch planning your day. Maybe it is a day at one of the beautiful beaches, some shopping and excitement in NYC, or just relaxing with a good book while enjoying the sun in the spacious backyard. The back of the house has the sun from noon time until it goes down.

While there are many good restaraunts to choose from in the area, like Charleys Ocean Grill, North Beach Grill, or one of the many others at Pier Village, you can also choose to eat in. There are plenty of supermarkets, fresh markets, and even a fish market where you can purchase everything you would need to make a wonderful dinner at home. The kitchen features a large gas stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and all amenities needed to make the perfect dish. There is also an extra full size refrigerator in the garage perfect to fill up with all types of drinks.
