This fantastic -newly renovated home is located close to popular Red Rocks beach and only a short drive from Cowes, this location is perfection and flexible.
Entering the home, you will notice the stunning timber floors throughout the open plan kitchen, living & dining rooms. The ground floor also features two bedrooms, family bathroom and additional powder room plus an additional shower located in the laundry room, great for cleaning yourself off after visiting the lovelylocal beach.
The dining room opens on to the huge undercover alfresco perfect for enjoying a BBQ with friends and family, and the large backyard is great for the kids to play in.
Upstairs the home offers three additional bedrooms and a second full bathroom.
All bedrooms and living spaces have split system heating and cooling and ceiling fans ideal for all year round comfort and relief.
There is a wood fire downstairs which keeps this home warm on those cold nights.
Located only a short stroll from the beautiful north facing Cowes beach, and minutes from the local cafes and restaurants, you will find this property is perfect for families or romantic stays.

    The house was dirty, cobwebs inside everywhere, the curtains were disintegrating, the coffee was about 5 years old, no window coverings in bedrooms, had to turn water on at mains. Good size house but that’s about all the positives we had.

    I intend to return to this property. We enjoyed sitting on the back deck. The house had everything we needed & was not far from Red Rocks beach.

    Nice roomy home.Rooms were clean and beds comfortable. Need to be aware that 4 of the bedrooms are dual access only.....ie. you need to pass through one room to get to the next. We did not know this.Nice deck area, we needed to clean table and chairs but most likely due to the time of year.

    We would like to provide following review about our recent stay:-I was asked to sign a form with my credit card details so the real estate agent can charge any damages. We regular book accommodation through Stayz and we were never asked to sign a form with personal details after the booking was confirmed. -The property was not ready for check in. There was no water at the property. This should have been organised prior to getting the property ready and not have to chase it up. We tried to contact the office, and no one answered. After further looking at the adv of the property on Stayz, I accidentally found a number which was hard to find and reached out to them. When reported about the issue, we were told to find the tap in the front yard as it was turned off. The tap could not be located and was buried under the soil and the grass. We had to dig the soil after locating the meter. The location of the tap was not provided and we were asked to look around in the front yard which was tricky. -The property has 5 bedrooms, however there was not enough pots that would be sufficient for a group to cook dinner. Thankfully we were carrying some pots and managed to cook dinner. -The BBQ gas finished within 10 mins once we started cooking. We had to move all the food and cook it in the oven-The limited pots that were available were dirty with broken handles making it unsafe to use. -Property is not well maintained. There were spiders and dust in all rooms-Out of the 5 bed

    This is a large, fully fenced property which backs onto some bushland. It was a nice walk to the beach. Large lounge room and back deck. We saw lots of wallabies. House itself has a divine king sized bed and wonderful mattress. Will come back again. A great house to relax in!

    House was lovely and clean! When dropping off the keys the lady rudely asked if we threw a party which was odd (probably based on our young appearances). She then said “the cleaners are there now so hopefully they say the same”. Definitely no parties so I don’t know why she was in a mood, bit weird. House was great though

    Property was light and airy. Beds were acceptable except for one in built on bedroom. Well stocked cutlery, crockery etc in kitchen, very small dishwasher for a large family. Was a pity that personal belongings weren't stored in one place per room, were everywhere. Backyard good.
