Landlords Jack & Julie are the nicest people I have encountered in Navarre. Their home is extremely clean and accommodating to your needs. They have everything you could possibly need to feel right at home.

Everything was great at this property and Julie was SO accommodating.

Great location. The owner(Julie & James)are great people. They brought over cookies at check in. Location is great. Beach items, cornhole boards,games, and a ton of bikes available to use. It is our second time staying here.

We found this listing and booked it immediately for vacation this year. So glad we did! James and Julie were wonderful hosts to us during our stay with them in their beautiful rental. They provided a welcome gift with some delicious homemade cookies and even provided some toys and snacks for the girls! The house was spotless and the kitchen had everything we could possibly need for cooking during our stay. They had beach chairs and toys available for us to use as well. We had an amazing vacation this year staying in this beautiful home and cant wait to book our stay for next year.

Loved our week at “Feeling Beachy”. Everything was perfect, home was just as described, easy access to the beach. Owners were awesome!

The BEST place to stay in Navarre! From the A communication when booking to check out we couldn’t have asked for a better stay! Hosts are wonderful people and go out of their way to make your stay feel like home! Location is perfect, home was super clean and extremely comfortable. I cannot speak high enough about the top notch hospitality that Julia & James showed us during our visit! If anything was needed they very promptly and kindly responded with a smile. We stay in Navarre several times each year and their place ranks at the top! So thankful for this wonderful place to share with our family on vacation. We will DEFINITELY be back!

We had a wonderful stay at Feelin’ Beachy in Navarre, FL. James and Julie Wray were unforgettable host! They went above and beyond for any help/recommendations we needed. They both make you feel at home. Julie had a welcome gift with all sorts of goodies for our sweet son who is a little under 2! We couldn’t have ask for a better trip and even better host. We can’t wait to book our next trip! Highly recommended!!!!!!

The property was beautiful! So clean and well stocked by our hosts Julie and James. With a front and back porch, we could see both the ocean and the bay. Such a peaceful and relaxing week and I loved sweet Mae Mae and her furry sisters?

Loved being able to walk down to the beach or take a quick drive with all of our stuff. Chairs, umbrellas, and beach towels were provided, which was nice.

This property is truly an excellent experience!! The owners are precious and our family can’t wait to visit again! This is our 6th year to vacation in Navarre and this far surpassed any house/condo we have ever stayed in!

The home was perfect for our family! It was very clean, beautifully decorated, and had plenty of space for everyone. We were welcomed with a sweet note and goodie bag that everyone enjoyed. The house is perfectly located in Navarre with plenty of parking. We brought our boat and went by the bay to Crab Island one day and to the Blue Angels show in Pensacola the next. The beach is just a short walk or drive to the public beach access. James and Julie are very hospitable! Their fur babies were pretty sweet too :) We absolutely hope to stay here again!

Exceptionally clean and very close to beach access. All the amenities needed in a beautiful place. The beds are the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept in!!

Everything about the stay was great thanks to Julie and James. They messaged us to offer us early check in time. Then they welcomed us with a goodie bag with snacks and beach items for the kids. They have a closet of gamesand beach items to use. We had double red flags during the stay. But the owners had bikes and offered us fun things to do during the trip. We would stay here again.

James and Julie have a beautiful, clean and spacious home to rent! Everything you need is here! Beautiful beaches with easy beach access, quiet location, and lots of beds for everyone! Checking in and out was a breeze! If you are looking for a fully stocked vacation rental, look no further! We have nothing bad to say about this property! It has it all!! Thank you James and Julie!! Absolutely Perfect. The property was practically brand new, very short walk to the beach, great location.

The duplex was perfect for two couples. It was clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated. We will definitely stay there again.
