Beautiful lake home that is perfectly set up for entertaining and socializing with your family and friends. The living space is roomy with several seating areas. Stayed Feb 16, 2024Comfortable stay. Spacious. Nice neighborhood. Could use a few upgrades. Master bed mattress and blinds. Upgrade pillows (get rid of feather - bad for allergies and feathers coming out lol) Ready for spring clean of AHU vents/duct work. Thank you!!

Stayed Jul 16, 2021This is a great rental to enjoy with family and friends. House is very spacious and has a great pool. Lake is about 10 min away from house, restaurants close by and groceries stores

Stayed Mar 28, 2021This property was more amazing than the pictures showed. It was perfect for our family and friends. It is exactly what we would look to buy if we were to move to that area. (which after this vacation may be a possibility in the future.) The owners were amazing to deal with and had a great book to help us enjoy some of the highlights of Lake Havasu. Over all 5 stars and will definitely rent this property again!
