Stayed Apr 8, 2024My family, including my mother and her brothers and families are very opinionated. They all loved the place. We stayed here for a funeral for their oldest brother. This house was large enough for all of us to gather in one place. This is a very large house and will sleep way more than they list if you have kids. We didn't use 2/3rds of this place. Highly recommended.

Stayed Jan 26, 2024We stayed at this property for a long weekend to see family in Tyler. House was very comfortable, clean and plenty big enough to entertain. Tayler was an excellent host always very responsive and her knowledge of local great restaurants were very helpful. House is centrally locateded and easy to get to anywhere in Tyler we needed. Would definitely stay here again.

Stayed Dec 8, 2023We stayed here for our daughter's graduation from UT-Tyler! The property was beautiful and spacious - our family had plenty of space to spread out while being together. The property owner was responsive to messages sent prior to our stay. We did not have any issues at all. We highly recommend this property!

Stayed Jul 20, 2023Nice quiet neighborhood with plenty of parking for our large group. This house was a lifesaver for our baseball team! We were able to have team meals, meetings and have fun in the large backyard when we weren't competing. If we ever end up back in Tyler for a tournament we will be staying here for sure!
