Stayed Sep 25, 2025We used this house for our elopement in Colorado. The house is the perfect size for 12 adults but was stocked with games and toys for younger kids. The views from the house were amazing with beautiful sunrises ever day. Kitchen was well stocked and we had a private chef come in to cook for us & he said it was one of the better stocked kitchens he’s seen! The hosts are super communicative if you were to have any issues which we did not have. We are already making plans to use this house again!

Stayed Aug 21, 2025The listing was not as clear as it could have been. Some of the bedrooms were set up more for couples and we were a group of just men. Two members of our party actually went out and got hotel rooms. On the morning after our 1st night stay we did have an issue with a late arriving person parked on the street and apparently a neighbor was upset that we left an outside light on. We had both of those issues were resolved by 6AM the next morning. The TONE of the message I received from you was downright threatening! I actually got the message after we had resolved the issues but the message said “You have 30 minutes to resolve”Not very friendly or accommodating. EVERYONE in our party felt the same way. Due to that TONE of communication we are VERY unlikely to book again

Stayed Jan 15, 2025Our family stayed at this beautiful home. From the moment you walk in the views are amazing. We had 15 adults and there was plenty of room on the 4 different levels. We spent most time on the game room level enjoying the pool table, video game etc. Communicaton was easy with the host. Would definitely stay here again.

Stayed Nov 8, 2024First time going out to visit Silver and all the surrounding areas and it was so snowy but beautiful! Ended up getting stuck in Edward’s due to i70 being closed. Still enjoyable being there too. -So understanding -communication 1000/10 -helping with whatever problem you may have, 10/10 We will for sure come back here and recommend!

Stayed May 28, 2024We had 16 people - so max capacity, and it was a great gathering space for us to eat, play cards and games, etc. The property manager was very responsive and kindly sent photos of kitchen equipment so we knew what to bring (we drove). Would stay again. If you have all adults, be aware some will be sleeping in bunk beds in the same room.
