Beautiful 6 Bedroom, 6 Bath Gulf View Home w/ Private Pool/Pet Friendly too!

House was very clean. Property was kept up nicely and they checked on the pool often. There was so much space that we were never on top of one another. Only down fall was the beds were very hard. Had a graduation party and a wedding where we captured the best picture ever.

This house was amazing! There were plenty of rooms for adults and even the teens thought it was great. Having 6 full baths was a plus. Everything was just as advertised. Hopefully we’ll get to come down again in the fall. The short walk to the beach is also not a problem. We think the fishing will get better when they figure out it was just a name change.

That was six adults, one teen, and 5 children.Each group had their own space, bedroom with bath. Two separate living areas, one being the main floor, kitchen dining and den. Wow played games a lot the first few days, because of rain, but, after that we were within walking directly onto the Gulf of Mexico.. And, of course, many wonderful restaurants in the hub of Pensacola Beach!My family anc I have stayed at many different properties over the years at our beautiful beach, but, my entire family agrees, this was by far the best! I drive a motorized vehicle, HOVEROUND, and, it fit well in the elevator. And, the elevator for me was Gold! Thank you for granting my Christmas wish, all of us together under one roof, having a great break from work, and school!

This house was perfectly set up with 2 bedrooms and bathrooms on main floor. It also had a fantastic 2nd floor with 4 more bedrooms and small 2nd kitchenette and living area. This house has large sandy area, a nice pool and ample parking. Only suggestion: an ice maker or ice machine would be nice addition.

We were very impressed with the refrigeration and freezer capacity (1 on lowest floor, 2 on living/kitchen floor, and 1 on top floor). There are also 2 dishwashers in the kitchen which was great! The beds were not the most comfortable and the furniture is standard for rentals. Kitchen is well furnished for a large group. Nice outdoor shower for washing down after the beach to minimize sand in the unit. The grill propane bottle was empty when we arrived but Paradise brought a full one immediately. There was one significant issue. Being 3 stories there are lots of stairs. The elevator was constantly breaking down. Paradise sent someone to fix it the first day. The second day we were going to be away from the unit and we suggested coming later or the next day but no one came. When we visited the unit in June we were told that the elevator was out but would be repaired before our visit in late July. The elevator railing is one issue as it bumps hard between floors. Not a functional issue but could be a future safety issue. The problems is that it stops working on a fairly regular basis so you have to use the stairs. Prior to checkout we tried to diagnose the problem and found that the top floor lock on the unit trips disabling the elevator. If you hold push the button down and make sure it doesn’t trip you can close the sliding door. Replacement of that 3rd floor switch and checking if the door is square (not warped causing the magnets to connect securely) should fix that problem. An inspection of the railing is a good final step. There was a couple of roaches in the kitchen area and spraying would be advisable. Overall, we were pleased except the elevator issue which made it difficult for the older persons staying.

We stay in beach homes every summer in Florida and have never been as pleased, regarding clean. The layout and well thought out design has been by far the BEST! It’s very spacious, decorated to feel at home, well stocked with all necessities from the kitchen to the bathroom (bath towels). Having the second living/kitchenette on the 3rd level was ideal for separating adults and kids nighttime fun and midnight snacks. It was perfect!!!Having access to the elevator for my mom was an absolute plus, as well as toting groceries and luggage to the different levels. The extra fridge in the downstairs area was extremely handing for outside enjoyment, not needing to pack an ice chest to sit by the pool or under the breezy porch (where we spent majority of our time)LAST BUT NOT LEAST-because it’s the first thing in our search for rentals: Being pet friendly, is a must with our family, because we don’t travel without our 10 pound Queen. The fact that the owners have allowed for pets in this beautiful beach home, will keep us coming back when we are looking in Pensacola again! NOTE I started my review with the cleanliness of this home, with it being pet friendly the home is WELL taken care of! If I could change 2 MINOR things:Around the pool area could use some shade, the stone gets scorching hot for barefoot around the pool. A bathroom on the bottom level to keep wet kids from going upstairs would be great!BUT this DOES NOT IN ANY WAY impact our future stays at this home!!!!THIS HOME IS A GREAT CHOICE, don’t pass this one up when you’re searching! Thank you to all involved for this PERFECT rental!Kudos! And that goes for the cleaning crew, too!!!

Reviewer Comments: I am having a knee replacement soon and my husband is on a walker so the elevator was very important for us since we were in a 3rd floor room with a huge walk-in shower! We had some of our children, grandchildren and great grandchildren, 2 of whom we had never met! The pool was good for all, especially in the early morning for exercise routines and was used all day by several of the family. The location of the house was good since the beach was nearby! The kitchen was well stocked and the 2 dishwashers made it possible to feed many of the family for every meal with clean dishes. The supplies in all rooms were minimal but lasted a few days, more than we expected with shampoos and body wash, towels were generous and washer/dryer worked well. All in all it was the perfect place for a family reunion with beds/couches for 25!

Reviewer Comments: We like to get together with all our kids and grandkids to enjoy some fun on the beach. We have always enjoyed our time and the places we've stayed, but this was our favorite so far. Many places have enough beds for a large group, but the kitchen isn't set up for a large group. I always bring the extra big bowls, pots, pans, and utensils needed to cook for a crowd. This is the first place we've stayed that was fully equipped for our group of nineteen. We loved that wherever we were spending time together, there were enough chairs for everyone whether it was at the table for meals, on the deck to relax, or around the pool.We were very happy with the cleanliness of this house. Everything was in good shape and working order. The short walk to the beach was great and of course, the little ones enjoyed the pool. We would love to stay here again if the opportunity arose.

We enjoyed big breakfasts each morning together in the well stocked kitchen before hitting the beach. When the kids got tired of the beach they relaxed in the pool. I liked that it was not too deep for the little ones.The elevator made it easy to access the upstair’s handicapped room, too. Paradise Beach Homes are all well kept and the staff is always responsive to any question or need. I highly recommend using them and this especially nice home.

Enjoyable and relaxing home. Plenty of space for privacy if desired, while also great space for a large number of people. Pool is not heated, which we knew ahead of time. Sandy area in yard is great for dogs, though not fully fenced. Great location with super easy beach access.
