Stayed Dec 11, 2025This home and property were incredibly spacious and welcoming. We celebrated my dad's 80th birthday with our extended family, and everyone was comfortable and we had a wonderful time. The owners went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. They were fantastic, and I highly recommend this property.

Stayed Oct 3, 2025Came to Fayetteville for a sorority celebration. Had a gathering of women from an 80’s pledge class. It was a huge property with great parking! We enjoyed the pool and the hot tub. Lots of seating for meals. It was absolutely perfect for our group. Close enough to campus yet protected and quiet. We aall had a grand time!

Stayed Sep 4, 2025Our family was able to stay comfortably at this house for our son’s wedding. Besides a pool and two hot tubs, there are plenty of games and room to run outside for our kids of all ages. The house is spacious and most important-it was spotless. Justin was so good at answering any questions and easy to work with. Great trip!

Stayed Jul 24, 2025We had a great time at this beautiful home! The house has everything you need and enough room for everyone to spread out and relax if needed. The pool is amazing and we loved having a bathroom outside so we didn’t have to run in and out of the house. The location is perfect. Super close to Walmart if you forgot something and the University is maybe 5 mins away. We had a great time!

Stayed Jul 18, 2025We had a wonderful time with our family! We played basketball, ping pong, spike ball, corn hole, shuffle board, and swam for hours each day. Our grandkids loved to walk around the acreage and we took advantage of the rocking chairs on the porch while the kids were safe in the fenced area. We would definitely stay here again!

Stayed Jun 20, 2025We hosted a small bachelorette party here and it was 10/10 the best experience we’ve had with VRBO. The property is huge, clean, and has everything you need. The pool and hot tubs were sparkling clean and the rooms were so comfortable. The owners provided easy check in and check out instructions and were so kind. Definitely will be booking here again!
