**~~Beautiful 5bd3bth home in gated community w/private pool & hot tub~~**

Was worth the family Christmas trip

This home and owner were really great This home in my opinion is currently 4* and with all the work they are doing to it soon to be 5* home. There were little things that need attention but my understanding was there was a prior incident but nothing that would affect your stay. The Furniture in most of the rooms appears to be new (The master bedroom still had tags on some of the furniture) including the TVs. The Mattresses were very comfortable and also felt as though they were new. The pool area was nice living room area comfortable after a busy day out at the parks and attractions. Bathrooms very clean and spacious. The owners were responsive from Day 1. Things to note....There are beach towels in the laundry area as well as towels for all the bathrooms. The owners provide the basic necessities (ie toilet paper and paper towels so be prepared you may need more which we were) Excellent Wifi coverage in the home Kitchen - large fridge - dishwasher - all plates cups utensils all provided, Not only do I recommend this home I would book here again in a heart beat on my next trip to Florida.

Ok for the pricing. But the hot tub jets do not work. Main reason I booked this place. Upstairs toilet didn’t work, so had to go downstairs to use bathroom. Said they were going to send maintenance man but never did.

The owner communication was non existent when we had a complaint. She did not reply for 6 days and when doing so it was nothing but charges for things that was already wrong with the house when we arrived. Also there is no pool table or hockey table. Bedding was dirty was dirty as well.

House is nice. Access to all amenities are nearby. Beds are comfy. Home is older and looks to be somewhat renovated. Had what was needed for our stay.

The house itself was located in a convenient location close to shops and the area I needed. You could tell the house has been renovated but it had low quality workmanship. Had a few issues during my stay, the bed linens and comforters were dirty when we arrived. Had to put them through a wash. Even though I was charged for pool heat, the first two days the pool was not heated and when they came to fix it, they left it at a very hot temperature-~ 95 degrees, which made it unpleasant to swim. The house backs onto Hwy 27 and the master bedroom hears all the street noise and traffic. Had a hard time going to sleep. Finally, the host threatens you with taking deposit if you do X or Y and even when we took good care of her home, she charged us an extra fee for damage that we did not do. I didn’t feel like complaining for every issue I found with the house but renter be weary, take pics before and after you leave so there is no doubt. Internet and TV were good.

We were at the hearth of the Orlando Fl.

We had a slight hiccup when we got there but the owner was more than accommodating and made sure to take very good care of me and my family. great location and just a few miles from Disney locations. Absolutely will be back!
