Beautiful 5 bedroom, water front home with private pool and pier!

Well stocked home, especially kitchenware for a wonderful Thanksgiving!

Loved the place. Couple things. No games. No spices for cooking. People usually leave things not here. Futons are for small children not 2 teenagers. Place was great beach cloae by was very clean and not many people.

The views are great and it is a short walk to the beach. Quite neighborhood and plenty of room to walk around in and out. As others have mentioned, the house can use some upgrades. Dishwasher needed to run twice to clean and if you use the sleeper sofa’s, make sure you have a good chiropractor, but that’s to be expected with any sleeper sofa, they are never comfortable. Paradise beach homes was a breeze to work with and were very attentive to our questions and a couple minor issues. We would definitely use Paradise again, but another property for the next visit. In 7 days, I logged 148 flights of stairs on my watch, good for cardio, but if you have older people with you, make sure you are aware of the stairs.

I rented the house because you advertised a hot tub. A bathroom jacuzzi IS NOT a hot tub. No group of people are going to sit in a bathroom together in a bathtub. Actually pretty upset about it. All of your showers need work too. They don’t drain and spray water everywhere. For the amount of money I spent this is all upsetting.

The home was beautiful and clean, overall our experience was wonderful, but be prepared: bring garbage bags, we only had 2, bring pillow cases, there were a ton of pillows and not 1 pillow case for all the extra bedding.

Reviewer Comments: We had 21 family members stay here for a week...plus kids' college friends over one night for grad party... perfect place for all of this! Five bedrooms with adjoining bathrooms, plus two extra bathrooms near two separate living rooms. Great views, pool, dock! I'm not sure what more you could ask for! Two washers and dryers, and a fully stocked kitchen (pots/pans/etc). We had an issue with the garbage disposal, made a phone call, and they promptly fixed it.

The only issue with this property is the coffee maker was broken, the dishwasher didn’t work properly & wasn’t installed properly (so if you opened it it tipped over & fell on your feet), also fridge is very small for the amount of people that the home sleeps. We had to hit the grocery often.
