Beautiful 4bd Townhome with spectacular Views of Mammoth Mountain on Snowcreek Golf Course. Minutes from Eagle Lodge, our spacious 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom, 2-story townhome has been fully upgraded and offers a large open floorplan. Our family uses this townhome as our own vacation getaway. The master bedroom has a king bed with a large flat screen TV and gorgeous views of Mammoth Mountain. The master bathroom includes double sinks, soaking tub and a steam shower. The second master bedroom has a king bed with flat screen TV and private bathroom. The Bunk Room has 2 triple bunk beds to accommodate 6 sleepers and includes a flat screen TV. The 4th bedroom has a queen bed, a flat screen TV, and DVD player. There is a full bathroom in the hall that is shared by the bunk room and 4th bedroom.

The fully equipped gourmet kitchen has been outfitted with top of the line appliances (Wolf, Subzero, Paykel and Fisher) and almost anything you would need to make your finest meal. The kitchen bar has seating for three and the cozy breakfast nook provides an additional seating for 4. The adjoining dining room seats eight with the two extra chairs in laundry room. Our living room boasts a 46' flat screen TV with DVD player and home theater system. The tuner offers an additional HDMI cable for your devices. The breathtaking views can be enjoyed from the living room, kitchen and breakfast nook.

The roomy garage can house 1 car with space for an additional 2 cars in the driveway. There is plenty of extra garage space to store your ski/snowboard equipment, bicycles, and other toys.

    The house was very neat and tidy and had all the amenities that we would want for our stay. The 4 bedrooms are all well-appointed. The steam shower in the primary bath was particularly enjoyable after a day on the slopes. The kids enjoyed the backyard sledding down the gentle slopes. All in all, an outstanding property in an excellent location.

    The house was great, beds very comfortable. Housekeepers need to do a little better job. Owners were on vacation too, so communication was difficult. Overall was a great place. Would stay again.

    This was our second consecutive year at the Snowcreek condo and we enjoyed it even more because all of our family was able to join us. The grandkids loved the six bed bunk bed room and the other adults liked the spacious guest rooms. The primary bedroom has the best view and plenty of room. Since the golf course was closed, our five grandkids had a great time playing catch, corn hole and Yardeze on it. The great room was perfect for lounging, playing cards and watching TV. Plenty of room to dine with the bar stools at the kitchen counter, the dinette set and the dining room table. With sunny, mid 70s weather, we spent a lot of time outdoors on the back deck, which faces the golf course. The guys were happy to have so much space to store bikes and fishing gear in the garage in addition to one car. Once we accessed the condo through the front door, we used the ground floor garage entrance for the rest of our visit. I think a below counter microwave drawer and two dishwasher drawers were new additions and worked great! The location is centrally located on Old Mammoth Road, which offers the easiest access to the Mammoth lakes and close to the Von’s shopping center. Another great year at the Snowcreek condo and we plan to be back next year!

    We come up to Mammoth every summer as an extended family. This home had the most beautiful view with a most amazing kitchen. We cook all our meals and always have to bring the essentials such as knives, towels, good pans, etc. This home has it all, even sharp knives. I'm grateful for this family for sharing their home. We will look for this place next year.

    Excellent condo. Bright and airy. Plenty of room for our party of 12. Kids loved the dual triple bunk room. Kitchen had plenty of room for cooking. Shops, lifts, restaurants and groceries are all close by. Everybody had a great time. I’ll most definitely prioritize this property for our next mammoth trip.
