beautiful 4b/3b house at Fort Leonard Wood

Wondeful home away from home! Plenty of room for a large family. View is beautiful. Clean and AC is very cold.c Neighborhood is nice, very close to Ft Lennerwood which is what we needed.

The house is absolutely spacious! Unfortunately, the amenities in the kitchen though are fairly non-existent. There were only a few silverware, plates, and cooking utensils to use.

Our stay at the property was amazing. The property was very comfortable and inviting.If ever in the area again will definitely choose this property again.

We appreciate the quick responses from the host and the space to rest and recharge.

We found cockroaches in the kitchen, there are zero hand towels, zero dish towels, no fitted sheets on half the beds (found one blood stained fitted sheet in the closet), the tubs/showers we not cleaned (hair in both). The house says it sleeps 12 but there were only 2 forks, 6 dinner plates, 2 juice glasses, and 4 coffee cups. I notified the host and told him it’s hard to have a family dinner on family day from the base with only 2 forks. He apologized for the inconvenience and did NOTHING to rectify the situation. We have never stayed in a VRBO so BAD!

It was very basic. I know they had a problem with bugs and was working on it. They need to make sure to have dishes, silverware, towels, and cups for 12 guests as that is what they advertised for. The neighborhood was nice and the people were friendly.

The house was nice i have stayed in a few vrbo houses the only thing about this stay that didnt make it great was the cookware. Every house i have stayed in has had a full kitchen with cookware and plates, silverware we had to buy some cookware. Also the house was I dont want to say dirty but not cleaned recently or throughly bed was dusty found trash that wasnt ours under couch. Other than that the house was great nice size for big family lots of run around room below and outside.

The location was very convenient. The house is large and suitable for larger families. The backyard slopes steeply down to a creek. Hair in showers and unfolded towels.

The check in process was flawless with good communication. Inside the house was a different story. The bathrooms were dusty, unclean, and a lot of hair in tubs/showers/floor. The Kitchen was untidy and had a Pest problem. We went to Walmart to try to take care of it ourselves. We did find out later they did send someone to take care of the pests; however, we had stuff in the kitchen area so they did not use the product they brought. Also, the internet did not work for our entire stay. They did not warn us about the low quantity of towels and kitchen utensils that would be supplied. We did end up needing to buy plates, plastic silverware, along with a coffee pot. We did make the best of our stay by enjoying each other's company and laughing about some of these issues. Most likely, we would pick a different location if we were to return to this area.
