Beautiful 4 bedroom/4 bath home with private heated pool, Discounted Fall Rates

Great house….well laid out with plenty of space for everyone. Communication with the hosts was outstanding, the best communication of any VRBO stay I’ve had. I highly recommend staying here.

I had an amazing stay! the house, views & space was so beautiful. The pool wasn't always heated & the stove burners didn't work all the way but neither stopped us from enjoying this charming home. It was comfortable & so homey I didn't want to leave!! I will reach out for my next trip!!!

Beautiful property in a great location. Easy shuttle to the beach. Matt (owner) was top-notch with communication and helpfulness. I texted him several times during the week, and he always responded within minutes. We will be back!

Overall a nice week at the beach. Comfortable home. Kitchen well appointed with everything you need to fix a large meal. It was so hot that we spent more time at the pool than at the beach. Pool area very nice. Beds very comfortable. I realize it’s the end of the summer high season but the furniture could use a cleaning.

This property far exceeded all expectations! The entire home was immaculate, inside and outside. We found it to be well maintained and well equipped with everything you could possibly need. (Even a cheese grater..) The pool , porches and bar areas were a big hit with my family. The bike ride to the beach was easier and closer than I had expected. (Two lefts and from there a straight shot!) Matt and his property manager were very responsive and helpful. Our entire family highly recommend this home!!

We were 6 adults and one 3 year old. Pool was lovely and Home layout was nice. Strongly suggest bicycle rentals for getting around the island and to the beach. Note there is no street parking to beach access points. Another suggestion is to play other courses than Ocean Course..have a lunch at Ryder Cup at Ocean Course on the porch. All Kiawahs golf courses are beautiful and well maintained and you can play 2 courses for one time at the Ocean Course.

Second stay at this user friendly property. Well supplied kitchen, baths, and bar setup with ice maker. Pool allowed us some time to swim even with the rain. We hit the beach every day, tropical storm or not. Did the easy ride down Alley of the Oaks in the rain.

Great stay, kind of far from the beach when toting 2 two year olds and a baby.

Great property! Home is exactly as posted, fantastic pool and location. Kiawah is still a special place, even with the new developments and increased traffic.

Property was very nice. Plenty of room for all of us. Owner was very responsive. Golf was incredible. Will come back to Kiawah Island.
