Beautiful 4 Bedroom Home in the Heart of Historic Downtown Newburyport

This was a great place to stay. Location is perfect. Walking distance to nearby things to do. We walked to Sea Level restaurant. Beds are comfortable. Super cute neighborhood

This is a lovely home with plenty of room for larger groups in easy walking distance of downtown Newburyport. We stayed close to Halloween and enjoyed walking around during Witches Night Out. The home was also decorated for fall and it was nice to have live plants in the home. We would stay there again. Our ages ranged from 21-80.

Bob was a great host. Location is fantastic for downtown activities (family wedding at MissionOak). Parking is a bit challenging with the construction, but worked out fine. The third floor was perfect for the groomsmen to get ready for the ceremony. Highly recommended!

This home was fantastic and exactly as described. The house is incredibly well stocked with everything we needed and more. It’s well furnished with little touches that truly make it feel like home. The location is hard to beat, with town a few steps away and beautiful walking trails around the corner. We absolutely loved our summer week here!

We got to the home late Wednesday night so first thing Thurs. morning we ventured for coffee. Met the neighbor who was super friendly and guided us to a coffee shop. Home is really large and has lots of sitting area. Backyard is lovely and we walked all over the place. Parking is super close to the home . Love love love this and would stay here again for sure!

We were in for the 5k/Half Marathon. Check in was easy. Location was perfect (everything is walking distance). There were 7 of us and plenty of room. Games were played.Puzzles were put together. Sat on the back deck for breakfast. Full dinner in the dining room. We were able to get a late checkout so we could shower after the race.

The house and location were great. Everything was as advertised and the numerous other positive reviews are accurate. However during the week of our stay the city was replacing the sidewalks and curbs on that street. Almost constant loud noise combined with parking and access issues definitely took away from an otherwise great experience. There was no notification that there would be construction going on that week. A heads up would have been nice.

Our family enjoyed a festive holiday stay in Newburyport this Christmas. It was such a pleasant surprise when we arrived and the entire house was decorated for the season. We enjoyed the location so close to town and loved having a Kuerig and Nespresso for morning coffee. All the beds were very comfortable. The only suggestion we have to make a future stay more luxurious, would be newer towels in the bathrooms. Thank you for a lovely stay.

We rented this house because we needed to attend a wake and a funeral.. Two daughters flew in as well. We thought we could all be together for this Sam’s event but could also be with each other this close to Xmas. What a wonderful surprise to find the house fully decorated for Xmas! Even had a tree in the front bedroom! Fully stocked with every convenience! An antique house fully modernized. We couldn’t ask for more!

Our three generations of family thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Newburyport. There was plenty of room for the 8 of us and the location was excellent - walkable to all the adorable shops and restaurants! We even enjoyed breakfast on the back deck (in October) and the beautifully landscaped back yard.

Easy walk into downtown yet quiet neighborhood. Great kitchen for meal making and great outdoor space for relaxing. It may be in the listing and we just missed but we didn’t the 4th BR and second full bath were on the 3rd floor or that there is no door to tjat room (opens up to the staircase). It wasn’t an issue for us but if you need more privacy that could be an issue. All and all very comfortable and well stocked. Would happily stay again.

We stayed at this property as a home base for daughter’s wedding this past weekend. The home is lovely, in a great location and has plenty of room to spread out. The third floor master suite was a such a great surprise. It has its own en-suite bathroom and a very large walk in closet which was so helpful for all the wedding attire to be stored. The back yard is so cute and has a great deck and sitting area. For the coffee loves, there is both a Kuerig and a Nespresso machine. The beds were very comfortable. 10/10, we had a great stay and you can walk right around the corner to downtown Newburyport where all the shops are.

My husband and I stayed with our teenagers and their cousins for a quick stay. The house is spacious for all of us and very well kept. the area is nice and there are many small shops and restaurants in walking distance. We had an issue with fire alarms randomly going off in the middle of the night while we were sleeping. We were unable to turn them off or reach the owner but had to call local fire department to come help reset. A few other things that need to be updated; none of the bathroom or bedroom doors lock; the towels are old and worn out; and there were so many leftover toiletries and condiments/spice/food leftover from the previous guests and need to be thrown out. Overall good location with spacious rooms, just needs deep cleaning and some updates.

This 3 story house was very well equipped with all amenities for any length stay. Beautiful kitchen which we used minimally due to the numerous excellent restaurants within easy walking distance.

This is our second time staying at this property. The best part is the location which is right in town. The courtyard in back is so peaceful and loved having coffee outside every morning. The kitchen is well stocked and the beds are extremely comfortable. It’s a little “rustic,” but completely perfect for us. The house is very charming, clean, and a perfect spot for a family!
