Stayed Jun 16, 2019Overall the property was a good price and location for Disney, food, shopping, etc. The neighborhood was safe and quiet. However, the house needs a deep cleaning. There were dead bugs and dust in every room. Make sure you bring tissues, extra towels, trash bags, and other essential items.

Stayed Feb 21, 2019We've used HomeAway before so knew it would deliver on promise. The Villa was clean, well presented, roomy and comfortable. It has floor tiling throughout which may not be to everyone's taste but we loved it. The kitchen has everything you need if you want to dine in but if you have transport then it's well located for eating out. The Swimming Pool gets the sun from mid-morning onwards but we opted to heat it as it was Feb-March time. The Villa is not overlooked at the back, unless you count the numerous wild life that reside in the trees. Prior to and during our stay, we used the contact number to text the owners a few questions which were always answered promptly and courteously. In summary, we had a really great time and the Villa played its part.

Stayed Jan 18, 2019We loved this house. The pictures do it no justice, it is a very large home that was very clean and had modern furnishings and decor. They really put time into this house. We didn’t need anything!! We will definitely be booking this house for our next Orlando trip!!
