Stayed Dec 24, 2025Amazing stay! The house was perfect for two families on a ski vacation. It had all the cooking supplies that we needed which was very convenient! Great location, easy walking distance to downtown Frisco and quick access to the freeway for several ski resorts. Excellent communication and having a large garage was also very nice.

Stayed Jul 13, 2025Great place to stay for our extended family. The kids had their own area in the lower level. The kitchen was very nice for preparing family meals. We enjoyed sitting on the deck in the evening and watching the hummingbirds.

Stayed Feb 15, 2025Amazing stay, each year we wish to get away and stay in the mountains for our family to see snow and get time to ski in the mountains. This home was located in a perfect location and was very spacious for our family. Rich was very accommodating.

Stayed Jul 24, 2024We stayed when the heat was soaring in the Front Range but it was fairly cool in this townhouse. Nicely furnished and lived in comfortable. Loved being a block or two to Vinny's and the Butterhorn.

Stayed Mar 10, 2024Our three generation family enjoyed this home for our spring break ski vacation. The kids could play without disturbing anyone in the downstairs living space and there was plenty of living space for all. When we weren't skiing, we could walk the one block into Frisco. We would definitely stay here again.

Stayed Jan 11, 2024My family loved this home! We have been to Frisco many times, and this is our favorite place! The location is perfect! A very short walk to restaurants and shops. The home is very well stocked! We had everything we needed, and more. The children especially loved the down stairs bedroom and living area. Rich was great to work with! Very accommodating to our needs. We would love to stay in this home again!
