Beautiful 3BD,2BA Waterfront Pool Home

House fit our needs. It has great amenities. Communication with the host was excellent. Do recommend!

House was nice, good open welcoming layout. Restful stay while we were having construction done on our home 4 miles away. TV was a little overwhelming, lots of channels and not clear directions on how to use it. Other than that minor note, our stay was perfect.

Thank you so much for providing such a lovely home for our family vacation. Luckily, we have grown children that still enjoy hanging with their parents and having this home aided in that we all had our own space but still together. We enjoyed all aspects of your home that you have provided.

I stayed at this property with my husband For nine days and my son daughter-in-law and grandson And their small dog came to visit for a short stay with us. The house was spotless and had every amenity you could think of. We did not have to shop for anything other than food. We spent much of our time sitting out on the lanai, enjoying the sound of birds and the quiet peaceful setting along the canal. The owners DENNIS and Susie could not be more accommodating. They were helpful with Any questions we had about the area restaurants,places to visit. They answered any text we had within minutes They could not have been more pleasant and accommodating My son daughter-in-law grandson came the last three days of our visit and DENNIS came over and put a fence around the pool for the safety of my grandson. The pool was clean And warm and we spent much time enjoying it I would recommend this home highly!

We stayed here from Feb. 1 to April 8, 2024. Everything was just as it was advertised. The property owners live close by and were easy to contact. Beautiful, quiet neighborhood, nice house, nice pool area and covered and screened lanai were all well used by us. Anything we needed was readily available and the owners were just a text or phone call away. Loved seeing the dolphins swim by at various times and really enjoyed the quiet and relaxing area. Would recommend to anyone.

A nice, peaceful location and well equipped home for St Pete but less convenient if you want to spend alot of time at St Pete or Clearwater beaches. Nice backyard and pool and saw the dolphins several times during feeding times.. We enjoyed visiting the downtown area which is only a few mins away.

Lots of room inside and out. Location very close to our families. Everyone enjoyed their stay!

Dennis and his property were PERFECT for our Family Reunion. The home was exactly as described and the open floor plan, screened porch, and outdoor space gave us plenty of room for everyone to spread out and enjoy our time in Florida. We will absolutely be staying there again! The dolphins and birds were just an added bonus! :)

House was great for us to get our daughter into U. Tampa. About 25 minutes from campus. House had plenty of room for 4 people (we were only 3). Cool kitchen bar, good BR’s enjoyed the pool, nice screened in porch AND a dolphin did visit us just before leaving. Also easy access to the garage and washer/dryer.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful property. It is exactly as it looks in the pictures. Dennis is so easy to work with and got back to us immediately..We definitely had a great vacation.
