Beautiful 3,000sqft Home Perfect For Your Mountain Getaway!

We were a large group visiting from California, while booking I put in the number of adults and kids visiting. Here is list of things you need if you plan on renting this place.- facial tissues there is none-food wrapping or foil none- trash bags she will given you 3 -garage light there is none it’s pitch black-- toilet papers, dish washing and for washing clothes -plates broken don’t use -stove burners 2 doesn’t work -kitchen vent doesn’t work-bunk bed rail broken -old towels in bathrooms- bathrooms no rugsI had to contact her when I got there. She had to come to the house while we were there to open a locked closet only to provide 3 dishwasher detergent packs and 5 for washing clothes. Full of attitude and came to the house with hiking shoes. While she has a big sign saying no shoes inside the house.In California I have two rentals in Lake Tahoe, I always make sure people don’t even have to leave their place for anything while in vacation, but this stingy lady with bad attitude charged me 3000 dollars and we had to go through all this. I don’t recommend this house for anyone who likes a peaceful vacation. I paid for her bad attitude, but what goes around comes around. I believe in karma and I hope karma finds her. When. You charge someone with 3000 at least be decent enough to say hello when you come in and apologize when you see in person that things that was reported not working is not working. Beautiful home, my huge party was well accommodated. The home had everything we needed, utensils, plenty of cooking pots, dishes cups etc.

Plenty of rooms and they were clean. Easy check in. Wonderful fully equipped kitchen. Close to highways and easy to get places.

Easy access to the freeway. Plenty of space, it was nice to have a garage to park in because we had several rainy days.

Leading up to the stay, communication with Stephanie was excellent. She responded to our questions immediately. The property was as advertised. We had 17 people staying at the house, and there was more than enough space to be comfortable. The backyard was perfect for the 5, 4 and 3 year olds to keep busy. Everyone was very happy.

Check-in was clear and easy. The house matched the description and was clean when we arrived. It was a comfortable place to stay and easily accommodated our group of 9 people. Everything was as advertised except for the grill which works but needed a major cleaning before it was usable.

High end home, with quality furnishings every where you look.

We came for a Father's Day weekend. How is exactly how shown. Everything was great and Stephanie the host was wonderful and easy to reach. The house was beautiful and fit us all perfectly. Recommending this house for any family get away.

This home had plentyi of room for our 14 family members. Plenty of space. GREAT fireplace. I talked to owner and she was very nice and answered all my questions. Would definitely stay again.

This house was perfect for an out large family. Grandparents, kids and grandkids. Plenty of rooms, bathrooms, parking, and dining space. Check I. Was easy, the pictures and description was just what it was. No surprises. Everything went great. We did the snow park that was 10 mins away. Went to Williams and did the canyon coaster. And plenty of food options in flagstaff just mins away.

Great property and everything came stocked; from toiletries to spices. We love the space and how clean it was. Enough space for kids to run around and the backyard was definitely a plus.Some of us are light sleepers so at night we heard the heater and pipes in the middle of the night. But the comfortable bed made up for it. We wouldnt mind staying here again.

Such a beautiful home, in a excellent location. 5 mins away from downtown Flagstaff. The home was very clean, and super spacious to comfort my family. The home also had everything we needed. We highly recommend this home for your next stay, also the host was very informative and check in was smooth and easy

We had an awesome stay at this home in Flagstaff! The neighborhood was wonderful - very walkable and beautiful. The home was very clean and had everything we needed. The host Stephanie was highly responsive and was quickly in touch if we needed anything. We would definitely stay here again! Also, our little kids LOVED the swings and sandbox in the backyard.

A spacious house for our volleyball team who was at NAU for a team camp. Lots of seating indoor and out. Would definitely stay here again!

Stephanie's home was the perfect setting for our family retreat! We were a large group of 8 adults and 10 children. The kids loved the bunkroom and there were extra mattresses for a few more to join in! We had plenty of eating areas as well, which is hard to find for a group of our size! We had everything we needed in stephome to enjoy our stay in flagstaff.
