Beautiful 3 BR pool home minutes from Siesta Key - Blue Dolphin

Safe, plenty of kitchen utensils, and excellent communication with the rental company. Everything was excellent, especially the location of the property.

Very nice place. Pool was not clean when we arrived the management sent someone to clean it. Very quiet neighborhood. Good location if going to a game.

The location is great and the beds were comfortable. Pool is nice, but it's not heated. Plenty of space for seating.

The home had great access to the beaches. Had what we needed. The pool was a nice bonus. We did have issues with roaches and the property management team was less than helpful.

I will start with the negative. You cannot control the thermostat on your own. It seems to be controlled by Wi-Fi by the owner. It is set at 82 all day and then 73 at night. The problem is when you come home from the beach after a long day the house is hot and it takes about 8 hours for it to get down to 73 again. I contacted the emergency line the first night we got there on Friday and they called back but no one ever took care of anything. I Emailed them every day and they would respond just thanking me for letting them know but no one ever handled it. An AC guy called me after 5 days but he told me that kind of thermostat is usually controlled by the owners. He told me he left messages for the owners but no one ever contacted him. On the other hand we really like this place. It's very large and has its own private pool. It is on a quiet cul-de-sac. As long as you have your own car it is not but 10 to 15 minutes to the beach. I'm very disappointed about this because we really wanted to rent it again next year. It just took all night for it to cool down. Disappointing that no one ever took care of it for us.

We had a wonderful time at this vacation home! The space was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. The kitchen was fully equipped, the beds were comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was peaceful and family friendly. We especially appreciated the pool/beach towels and beach equipment that were provided—it made our beach days convenient. The location was perfect—close enough to everything we needed, but still quiet and private. The host was responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We'd definitely come back and recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.

We had a wonderful time at the rental pool was such a great thing to have! The neighbor who is the long term renter i believe took our garbage to the curb was so nice to do that for us, he never bothered us not even once! The management company was very accomodating to our needs, that was very appreciated! Kitchen and bathrooms had alot of appliances dishes pots pans glasses and bathrooms had a hair dryer i was thrilled about that! Many extra beach towels and bath towels to accommodate all 5 of us with many more still availabke! Pool floaties amd comfortable beds! Keep in mind no toilet paper, dish soap, or kitchen wash rags we actually bought some and left them there purposely so the next renters had something to use! Outside could use a little clean up but dont let it scare you once inside its really very beautiful!

It was clean and comfortable with everything we needed to have a great stay, including the private pool. It is close to the beach and shopping. Perfect!

We stayed at this property for 3 weeks and it was perfect. Felt more like a home and not a rental property. Beds were comfortable, Bathrooms were large and done well, Kitchen was very nice with everything you needed (fridge opens the wrong way). It felt like a wildlife sanctuary surrounded by large trees in the back yard.

The house is in a nice neighborhood and not far from the beach. Lots of great restaurants and plenty of shopping are nearby. You are given start up hygiene, paper products and dish detergents. You will need to replenish. The beds were comfortable and you have plenty of space for your items. They have 3 folding chairs and 2 umbrellas for the beach.

Nice and very roomy.

While the house itself was nice inside, the outside left us a bit unsure as we pulled up for the first time. Once in, the nice pool in the pictures needed time to be cleaned up only to find it was unheated and freezing cold. Our kids were unfortunately unable to use it. I wish that had been disclosed prior to renting. There was also an awful ant infestation in the kitchen with ants crawling evening inside the bowls which led us to be uncomfortable even using the kitchen area.

Fantastic site, a few minor issues but beautiful location

Overall, a nice place to stay. There were some improvements that could be made. The refrigerator door openings should be reversed. It 's just a couple of screws and 5 minutes and would be VERY helpful getting things in and out. Salt and Pepper might be nice, but not the end of the world. We never did find the kitchen overhead light switch. Still, the beds were comfortable and plenty of pillows. Didn't get to try the pool, but it looked nice and was well maintained.

Nice enough property, close to the beach. Owners may want to give it a fresh coat of paint, update flooring and finish cleaning up Hurricane impacts in the backyard.

First impression was not great. Things could have been cleaned up a bit better outside. The house was nice on the inside. The biggest draw back was the renter that stays in a back part off the house. He was burning things while we were there. It really made me uneasy knowing someone was around there while my kids were swimming.

The property was very roomy and had everything we needed. There there is someone that lives on the property but he does not face the property and does not come around. Just know that if you are a skinny Dipper the pool guy shows up unannounced. We enjoyed the place and would stay there again. It's about a 10-minute drive to Siesta Key Beach in 20 minutes drive to Lido beach. Restaurants are not far but you do need to drive as this is in a residential neighborhood. It was very quiet there.

We enjoyed this house. It is spacious and well laid out. The pool was clean and lovely. Neighborhood is quiet. Easy access to shopping, dining and beaches. Car is necessary.
