Beautiful 3 bedroom house close to big ben and london eye all transport links

Communication with the owner was quick and clear. The home was very clean with obviously freshly painted walls and new carpet. The home had all the things we needed during our stay and our family of 6 stayed very comfortably. We were able to walk to many places and grabbing a bus right outside the home was easy. We would stay here again!

The property was in a good area to catch the underground or buses to get around the city. But the unit was located behind a dry cleaners and had a horrible hallway that you had to walk through to get to the unit. This was the only entrance and exit from the unit and you needed keys to enter and exit every time. We unfortunately had a situation where there was a fire on the next building right in front of our unit. These buildings are all connected and the fire department had to come through our unit to get to the roof to put out the fire. We could have so easily been stuck inside the unit with no way to exit had my husband not seen the fire out the window as he was getting ready for bed. We had to evacuate and stand in the street from 12:30 until after 3am. Thankfully there was no damage to our unit, but really an awful inconvenience and really made the unit feel unsafe the remainder of the stay. There seemed to be no concern from the property manager about how we were doing from this situation and absolutely no conversation with us about how we felt. While we totally understand the fire was out of everyone’s control, but you would think the property manager would want to check in to see if we were okay and felt safe and if there was any smoke damage. Having one exit and entry into this unit is definitely a huge negative. Also the unit was misrepresented that there was 1 and 1/2 bathrooms. There is only one bathroom on the second floor of a three story unit.

Close to the London eye, shop next door

Restaurants and grocery within 30 steps of the front door. 3 story home, kitchen and living room on first floor, 1 queen bedroom and big bathroom in second floor, and two more queen bedrooms on the 3rd floor. Perfect location. Quiet, clean, nice host. There is a washer, but I didn't seem to find a dryer. They don't list having one, I just took it for granted. I felt safe there as there are two double locked doors to gain entry. That part of town seemed safe as well. Host was accommodating and easy to get ahold of. Thank you!

A simple appartment, excellent situated with a short walk to the Thames, Soho, Covent Garden, Piccadilly Circus and breakfast cafes. Just what we needed.

Great location close to sites. Space was roomy for our family of 5. Owner is easy to work with and communicate with. We enjoyed our stay.

Lovely property - very well presented and in a fantastic location. Walkable distance to London eye , Big Ben etc . Murat was friendly and met us on arrival. Would return .

Great location; communication with the manager was timely and greeted us at the house. House was okay however the entry way dirty and very uninviting. Living Room furniture was worn out, broken and made our stay very uncomfortable. Faucets in kitchen was broken and bathroom needed to be cleaned. Water would spray everywhere when turned on. Desk fans were insufficient to deal with the warm summer. Need box or stand fans. With a little TLC it could be a good place however would not recommend in current condition.

This was our second time staying at this property, and it was great again for us! Location is great, host was great to work with and communicated well ahead of our trip and during our trip! Thank you, Marat!

We didn’t even get to stay here. This owner cancelled us on the day we were to check in because he didn’t like how late we were arriving. We had to scramble to try and find something else. We had three small children traveling with us. This was paid for months in advance and was a European dream vacation until we had this nightmare occur. He was very rude and unprofessional and I will never recommend his property to anyone. He basically ruined our vacation and we had to pay 5x what we were suppose to have paid. I have reported his conduct to VRBO to make sure this doesn’t happen to anyone else.

What a wonderful stay! The flat was clean, well-stocked, and perfect for our needs. Murat was very quick and happy to answer any questions we had. Location couldn’t have been better—easy access to everywhere in the city. I can’t recommend highly enough! We will tell all our friends to stay here!

I have seen a few reviews about this property ,some good, some less favourable. This is a three double bedroom property a short tube ride from central London. It is clean and comfortable. The host started making contact as the trip approached and met us at the property to give us the run down on facilities. He was very pleasant . Previous reviews have stated it was sparsely furnished. We were a group of five adults. There was enough seating for us to relax in the living room. The beds are comfortable. It was warm with a good shower or option of a bath. For us this was a place to sleep after being out all day. There is a shop next door to get supplies with pubs and cafe's just up the road. Lambeth north tube station is a short walk away. For the price, given it's distance to central London, it is definitely worth it

Sadly we were very disappointed with our stay. The location is somewhat seedy and seeing graffiti on the front door was not welcoming. Upon entering the premises, you walk down a long hall and then up a few steps to the second door. To the right of the steps, is an alcove that was full of dirty mops, buckets and things thrown into the area. You enter the second door and the kitchen is to the right. The kitchen is a nice size, but the window overlooks a roof that is dirty and a bucket was leaning up against the outside of the window. I planned to wash clothing, but the front inside rim of the unit was also dirty and obviously had not been cleaned in a long time. The photos are somewhat misleading in that they represent a very comfy home, but we never sat in the lounge because the couches were so old and uncomfortable. The owner failed to tell us upon arrival the internet was out, but did say he had a fellow coming round to fix it and asked if he could enter the property without us there. He said he would be there with him, but the chap didn't show up so no internet. The refrigerator was ok, but the freezer was completely iced over. Bedrooms ok but sparse. We never did find the second toilet. The bathroom had mold up along the wall and ceiling and also in one of the showers.Very sparcly furnished. I would not recommend this place.

We had a really nice stay! The apartment was comfortable and in a convenient location. We were able to walk to the nearest subway station in five minutes. We had good communication with Murat and he was very flexible with our check-in needs. We would definitely stay here again! Thank you!
