Beautiful 3 Bed Villa with Private Apartment and Private Pool Close to Beaches

The house is spacious, spotless and comfortable and the AC was a godsend during the heatwave. The outside space and pool are idyllic with à beautifully planted garden. The pool is the best we’ve rented in a long time. The location is perfect, not far from all the busier areas but in a quiet spot close to a lovely beach and pretty countryside. And the hosts are kind and helpful. We’d highly recommend a stay.

We stayed at the house for one week and felt like being at home from the first minute. The house is situated nearby Cala Salada in a quiet neighborhood on the road to Santa Agnes, so you will need a car. Lovely hosts, thanks to both of you for accommodating us- we‘ll come back for sure!

The property was clean and tidy, the pool area was perfect and the garden massive. Simple to find and well positioned for San An and the rest of the Island.

The villa is comfortable (ie not blingy) with very spacious outdoor facilities, which was good for our group of 6 - the pictures really do not do it justice. We really enjoyed walking to the nearby restaurant (Can Pou) and down to the beach (Cala Salada, but NB, walk back is uphill and takes about 25 mins). Otherwise, car definitely needed. Communication with agent, Anne, and owners was great and they were very responsive.

We enjoyed our vacation in the house which is as descriped. Most favorite Place was the Pool! The mattress in the bedroom with the two single beds could be better for adults. The house is in a quit residential area close to a beach. We can’t really recommend the house. Thank you to Chus & Anne!! Only the barking dogs in the neighbourhood are sometimes annoying.

The house is amazing and the hosts are very nice aswell. Close to everything you need including beaches. Will come back!

We really enjoyed our stay. Aritz and his mum were amazing. Properly is lovely and we felt very relax and chilled. Restaurant Can Pou within a walking distance and food and service is excellent. We will go back again. Thanks

We have just come back from a great week in Ibiza. It was our first visit and we were not disappointed (despite being unlucky with the weather). The villa has gorgeous outdoor space and an outdoor pool. Spacious rooms ideal for families.
