The kitchen has nice Wolf gas range, Viking microwave with stovetop exhaust fan. The kitchen has access to a washer and a dryer. There's plenty of driveway parking, but no garage parking. It is conveniently located in south Santa Ana, a city that has outlawed STRs (less than 30-day stay). The house is best suited for a family with a baby or toddler. It is a no-smoking house, no drugs, no pets, no commercial use, and no mail delivery.
