The house was lovely and very comfortable. Great outdoor spaces and views.

It was exactly as expected. The location was perfect for us and we especially enjoyed the patio with the views. Extremely comfortable bed, a very quiet neighborhood. The little donkey was so cute, too. I would recommend this place to stay.

Lovely stay here with family and pets. Easy check-in and Jeff responded quickly when I sent him a message regarding saying “Hi” to the donkey. Would stay here again.

We stayed here for a wedding weekend and absolutely loved it! The home was comfortable, and exactly as described. The outdoor deck had stunning views — perfect for morning coffee or evening hangouts. The location was peaceful but still close enough to everything we needed. Highly recommend for a relaxing getaway or small group stay!

Location of house was amazing, on hill overlooking canyon. Everytime I needed something I would text Jeff and he got back to me really quickly.I had 2 dogs and with the house fenced we were able to walk around with them offleash.The house was clean and loved the open floorplan.

We enjoyed our stay with our pup at The Fallbrook Gem very much. The beautiful farm valley view and the company of the two cute donkeys were definitely nice treats. The host Jeff is very communicative and accommodating. Will definitely recommend it to friends and family.

This property is absolutely stunning! We were going to go to a winery for the evening, but after seeing the incredible view, we decided to grab a few bottles of wine and snacks and enjoy the view. Would totally stay again!!

This is a lovely rental sitting at the top of a hill with beautiful 360 degree views of Fallbrook. Ours was a short stay, but everything about this rental was A. The homeowner was also very helpful when we had any questions.

This home is in a fantastic location with an incredible view. The beds were comfortable and the linens very soft. We had everything we needed.

This property is incredible,and the neighborhood is amazing! It feels private and secluded, but very safe. The host was very helpful and communicative! My parents, their dogs, and I had a great time.Will definitely book again!

Great experience and location!

I liked this VRBO and when we walked in the nest said it was 85 degrees which it definitely felt like it I paid for two nights. It took till1130am to actually get to 68 degrees later that next morning they put a lock on their thermostat where I couldn’t change it and I never left the place it heat was rising past 75 degrees while I was there I left a day early because I couldn’t stand it I also told them and they didn’t even discount anything and just said it was set to do mode so if u can’t stand the heat it’s not for you

Gated home with awesome hilltop view. Clean and spacious home. Full kitchen stocked well. Nothing else I needed but the food. I’ve in freezer, basic staples stocked and plenty of dishes. Parking for two cars. Gated yard. Well kept home and property. Owner lives in main house on the property is available but also lets you have your privacy. Stayed here with my family of four and two small dogs. We enjoyed cooking meals and watching movies in front room and enjoying views from the deck. Saw the Donkeys roaming the property and wild cottontail rabbits and geckos and lizards doing their thing. It’s Fallbrook! Close to freeway. This property is on my stay list for this area. Excellent!

This property was everything advertised. Excellent location on top of a hill overlooking a scenic valley. Roomy 2 bedroom cottage with fully equipped kitchen and spacious living area. Comfortable outdoor sitting area. Nicest shower we've seen in a rental unit. Only downside was the outdoor landscaping needed attention at the time of our visit. Hedges needed trimming and grounds needed weeding. Otherwise, everything was perfect.

Such a great property. Amazing views and the home was just perfect for 3 of us and our 2 pups. We truly enjoy coming to stay in Fallbrook and this guest house was a little slice of country. Owner was very responsive to any needs. I highly recommend.
