Stayed Jul 29, 2024Great solution for the family needing a place in Tallahassee to help our oldest child transition up to FSU Main Campus from FSU Panama City. Had everything needed for us to feel at home during our month-long stay. Communication was easy and effective! Stayed Apr 29, 2019We rented this property to attend our Granddaughter's graduation from FSU. It was near enough to FSU and our granddaughter's apartment(20 mins.) to be very convenient for car trips back and forth. The neighborhood was friendly and quiet. The condo itself was outfitted with every thing you could possibly want. The kitchen was very easy to use. All the furniture was very comfortable. The bed was comfortable as well. The outside deck was a big help when we had a luncheon after the graduation. Overall, a very pleasant stay for us. Thank you,David Long!! Lawrence and Barbara White

Stayed Jun 21, 2018I was very pleased with my recent stay. The beds were comfy (save for some very firm pillows), the house was clean and well stocked (towels, soaps,shampoos. Spices). My only real neg comment was the upstairs was quite warm. Overall...5 stars.
