Beaufort in Bloom! Historic District artist's townhouse, WALK EVERYWHERE!

Cute and Well done, loved the location. Quiet and roomy, parking in the back was definitely a plus.

The owners thought of everything. Coffee filters, laundry detergent, fabric softener, little table top fan by the bed, plush towels like the ones you find at Marriott hotels. This place has it all. it's super cozy, very clean and spacious.

I'm so happy that I decided to stay here instead of a hotel while I was in Beaufort for a temp job. This spacious townhome was more like a house inside than an apartment or hotel room, and beautifully furnished, for about the same nightly price as a hotel room!. Old downtown Beaufort is within walking distance. The owners were very helpful with all requests for assistance.

The property owners have thought of everything in the beautifully decorated home. As others have stated, you immediately feel at home in this inviting, cozy atmosphere. We were most impressed with the kitchen and all the dinnerware for an army, and THREE types of coffee makers -just bring your favorite brand and you're all set. Additionally, there are several shampoos and body washes in each bathroom; maybe forgotten by prior guests. Either way, if you forgot yours, don't worry! The only drawbacks we found were fewer outlets in each room since the house is a little older. Consider bringing multi-outlet cords if you're needing to charge several electronics. Others have mentioned the lack of towels. But unless you're using two new towels for every bath, the towels supplied are ample. If not, you can always wash the ones provided with the in-home washer and dryer. Overall, we give this rental property an 'A.' It is only blocks from historic downtown with a plethora of amenities and charm!

We had no challenges or issues with anything at the townhouse! It was easy to find pans, cooking utensils, make coffee etc. I was glad to have separate spaces to work remotely and the bed we used was extremely comfortable. We will definitely look to return!

Property was everything as described. Very clean and comfortable along with very friendly neighbors on both sides to us. Nice and very quiet neighborhood.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying in this very nice house. The kitchen was the most well stocked kitchen than we've experienced over many years. We ran into an issue with the air-conditioning, contacted the owner who promptly contacted a serviceman who responded immediately and resolved the issue. The owners deserve a six star rating!

The property is as described and was perfectly located for our event attendance. Very nice and friendly area and an easy 20 minute walk from the best dining. Kitchen was very well equipped and all appliances worked well. Cabinets were showing some wear. Bedrooms and bathrooms upstairs are quite spacious. Rush hour traffic in front is quite crowded but the unit is very easily accessed from side streets. Parking is adequate but I would not expect to fit a full size Pickup back there.

There was one issue in that the water in the upstairs small bathroom was extremely rusty so we could not use that bathroom at all

Everything was great. Host was most informative. The Townhouse was perfect for wife and I and our 2 Granddaughters. We didn't do much cooking but kitchen is well equipped.Beds were terrific!

We came for my son's Marine Corp boot camp graduation. It was the perfect location. We very much enjoyed are stay and would definitely stay again.

Apartment had everything we needed for a week’s stay, was well-kept and clean. Kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, and silverware. Fridge was full-size. Hot water and water pressure was great. Beds were comfortable. Location was right in downtown with easy parking on street or behind apartment. Larger vehicles may find it a bit tricky to park behind apartment, especially if neighboring parking spots are full. No street noise was noticed when we were inside. Owners were kind and quick to respond to messages. We had no issues and would certainly stay there again.

This house was definitely more beautiful then the pics and so comfy and welcoming. You literally can walk to everywhere. We were quite fortunate to enjoy Beaufort memorial day parade from the porch and right on the sidewalk in front of the house. It's a very central ideal location. Oh and kitchen is full of all you need. The hosts were super helpful and very hospitable. Thanks Linda, hope to be back soon Rene & family

This was a lovely little home ideally located within walking distance to all that downtown Beaufort has to offer. Everything was nice and clean and comfortable. Great weekend getaway location!

We enjoyed this property for a quick weekend getaway and loved it! Beautifully decorated, convenient to all the downtown dining and shopping. The property was very quiet. We will most definitely look to visit again!

Our first impression was a pleasant surprise, because the townhome had been decorated so nicely: varied artwork on the walls and decorated with an eclectic and interesting flare. The location was especially convenient. Once we started to settle in, though, we discovered that the place needed a good vacuuming and general cleaning. Dust was really thick along the floor edging and baseboards, and the bottom of the curtains were thick with dust. The rugs were in need of cleaning, and the wooden floors and tiled kitchen and baths were especially dirty. All the woodwork needed cleaning. I was disappointed especially with the kitchen, as I could see that cleaning needed to be done. The bannister going upstairs was actually sticky to touch. No cleaning supplies were provided, and dirty sponges were on the counter. The utility closet was filthy, as was the under kitchen sink cabinet. I was especially disappointed when I discovered roaches in the upstairs master bath, along with dead insects throughout the perimeters of the rooms, where I was compelled to vacuum thoroughly. Windows were so dirty that we refused to open them. The appeal aspect was a downer for us. I would check the drain in the kitchen, as there was a bad odor coming from the sink. So sad to experience this, as it was such a cute place.

The location is very convenient to restaurants, the library, and the USC campus, so we found many things of interest to do.

Larger than it appears from the outside, this lovely home is in a great location - a short and easy walk to downtown Beaufort.

My husband and I loved the condo. The location was very nice! We loved walking to the historical homes and walking to breakfast every morning. The condo was great for us. We had only a few mishaps. The King size bed mattress is worn and needs replacing. Due to the mattress, we ended up sleeping in the Queen bed in other room. The only thing I can say negatively is the cleaning service. The kitchen was dirty. The Keurig had mold and a used k-cup was left in it. I cleaned the whole thing before we could use it. The dish towel was soured and so were the kitchen sponges. They smelled really bad and needed to be thrown away. It appeared they had not been washed from prior renters. The wooden utensils had dried egg on them from previous occupants. We did not cook in the unit, so this was not a big deal to us. The washcloths in the bathrooms needed to be bleached. They were dingy and stained. The shower curtain liner needs to be replaced. It had mildew on it. We had everything we needed except toilet paper. We had to go buy some our first day. We will bring it next time! Overall the condo was beautiful and we enjoyed our stay. We did book it last minute, so maybe that is why it was not cleaned really good. We loved the set up and having the extra bathroom was great. The living room furniture was very comfortable and it was wonderful walking to breakfast every morning followed by walking the neighborhood and seeing all of the beautiful historical homes.

We had a wonderful stay in the artist's townhouse. We love the walkability to all things Beaufort. We enjoyed daily morning walks through the historical part of town and our coffee on the beautiful Beaufort waterfront. Spacious rooms, comfortable beds, a home away from home. Highly recommend this property!

We loved our stay at the spacious and perfectly located Townhome in historic downtown Beaufort, SC. Two bedrooms and two baths gave the two us lots of space. The huge master bedroom and ensuite bath with walk in shower made us feel like we were at home. Having two parking spaces right at our back door was great when we had a friend visit for the afternoon. Located a short walk from the waterfront for sunset walks. Made it SO perfect. Most of the restaurants, shops and ice cream were on the waterfront. The king bed was so nice and comfortable. We used the nice full size kitchen to cook breakfast most days and dinner a few nights. The den, living room and dining area were all used and enjoyed. Having a half bath downstairs and two full baths up was extra nice. We each choose a bath! We love Beaufort because of the history & friendly people. Plus the walkability allowed us to rarely move the car. The history and walking the quiet streets behind the townhouse made walking a pleasure. Beaufort’s street design makes it easy to never get lost yet try new routes. Just walk towards the river! Our hostess Linda was extremely helpful and so kind. We were running away from our home in SWFL because of the impending Hurricane Milton. We ended up needing to add two days to our stay. Linda made that so easy for us. She also paid it forward and did not charge us for the two days. Totally unexpected We were so grateful. We were able to then pay it forward to a friend who lost everything.

Very impressive villa full of antiques and art works. Located next to historic early 1800’s mansions. Walking distance to excellent restaurants, shopping and river walk. Convenient to wedding on Dataw.

wife and I were celebrating our anniversary. We booked the property for a 4 night stay. We enjoyed our stay very much. The Condo was very comfortable and was exactly as listed. We were able to walk to area restaurants and shopping areas without moving the car. We enjoyed walking and taking in the beautiful charm of Beaufort. If we come back to the area we will definitely book this property again.
