The Space:

Here comes the sun, doo-doo-doo-doo, do come and stay at the one and only Beatles-Themed vacation rental on Hilton Head Island! 24 Water Oak Lane, or the Here Comes the Sun home is nestled in a quiet corner of Sea Pines Resort and is just a short 15-minute bike ride to the best beach Hilton Head Island has to offer as well as the Harbour Town Yacht Basin. Harbour Town Pool year-round access included! Please note there is a $50 replacement fee for lost or damaged pool pass.



This music-lovers delight comfortably accommodates a family or group of 8 with plenty of space to 'Twist and Shout' and feel 'Free as a Bird'. The primary suite, or All You Need is Love Suite has a king bed with en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom, Imagine, also features a king bed and shares a bathroom with the Yellow Submarine room that features a twin-over-full nautical-themed bunk bed as well as a pull-out trundle bed. This home also features a laundry room with ample space to fold your clothes 'With a Little Help from Your Friends'.



Enjoy indoor activities such as family movie or game nights on the indoor shuffleboard table and infinity game table (we will supply the popcorn) in the spacious living room with sliders to the deck that overlooks Club Course Golf Course. There is an outdoor grill, too, just waiting for you to get your grill on and rustle up some steaks or seafood! In addition to the outside deck, there is a very convenient outdoor shower which comes in handy after a 'Hard Day's Night' or day. The fully equipped kitchen is the perfect place to prepare a meal to enjoy at the dining table or just 'Let It Be' and indulge yourself at one of the many local award-winning restaurants.

* Sea Pines is a gated community in which every vehicle must have a gate pass for entry. One gate pass is included with your reservation at the time of booking. If you require additional passes, please request the exact number needed to ensure they are prepared in advance. Each pass has a fee of $35. All gate passes must be picked up at the host2coast office prior to entry.

* Dog Friendly - 2 dog max. $200 non-refundable fee for first dog, with an additional $150 for each extra dog. Dogs are not permitted on the furniture and must be crated if left alone. Please do not leave furry friends alone outside, as we have wildlife that they should not encounter.

* There is no on-street parking for this home and the driveway can accommodate up to 2 vehicles.

Biking is very popular on Hilton Head Island, known for the many award-winning trails. There are recommendations for bike rental companies within your Guest App. You can reserve in advance and they will deliver to you or bring your own! Almost everything you will need is within walking distance, so bring your walking shoes! Sea Pines provides a complimentary seasonal trolley service that helps guests and residents travel around the resort without using a car. The trolley connects major destinations such as Harbour Town, the Sea Pines Beach Club, South Beach Marina, and The Shops at Sea Pines Center, making it easy to access beaches, dining, and shopping throughout the community.

    Rented for 5 Days in April with family incl 6yr old and dogs. Was a great home with nice kitchen,family space and deck and very cute decor! Appliances, dishes, starter paper products etc were excellent.. great street for walking with hardly any traffic. Overall great stay, no worries. We would rent this again.

    We absolutely loved this house! Beautiful location right on the golf course. Loved the Beatles decor, tastefully done. The three rooms were very spacious. The kids loved their bunk room and the games—shuffleboard and interactive game set. Location is great, close to Lawton Stables and quick drive to Harbour Town. Loved the hosts and they made our stay so pleasant and comfortable. Definitely recommend this place!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a great pet-friendly home. We are regular HHI visitors but had never stayed in this area of Sea Pines. This house offered perks for the whole family - on the golf course with a shuffleboard table and game table with so many options. Well stocked too. The neighborhood was very quiet. Loved the Beatles theme!

    This property was pristine! It is accurately depicted on the listing and very comfortable and clean. I prefer to rent directly from the owner and not with a third party as I've had bad past experiences but this rental agent was superb. Very helpful and paid attention to the small details much like an owner would. The location is quiet and great to walk dogs. I would recommend to family and friends.

    Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The pictures are really good, that’s why we rented this house for our week stay. We thought the house was a little bit newer than what it is, it’s very basic. The kitchen has the bare minimum accessories for some little cooking, the bathroom are too small, the shower head is old and there’s no water pressure. The master bedroom has a good size, but the bed is too low, the mattress and the pillows were not comfortable. The windows were so dirty we couldn’t enjoy the view from the bedroom (I even took the hose that was outside to clean the window). The deck was dirty and it looks like the whole outside of the house (the windows and frames) hasn’t been cleaned in a long time. There’s a barbecue grill outside, but it also doesn’t look it’s cleaned regularly. Inside the house, one of my dogs found a medication on the floor by the second bedroom’s bed. I’m glad I caught her picking it up and was able to get it out of her mouth, it was a Midol. The smell getting into the house was not pleasant, it’s smells like old house (maybe it has some mold) and cigarette. Perhaps someone has smoked inside the property in the past and it’s stuck in the air conditioning vents. There’s no garage so you park your car in the driveway under some old trees and when it rains, the resins from the trees will stain your car. We had to have it washed 3 times to get the resins out. The location was ok, but if you want to go to the beach, don’t stay there. By 8:30 am there’s no more parking available at the beach club. But you can either take the bicycle (which is a good 20 plus minutes under high 80’s temperature in the summer) or you can park your car closer and take the shuttle to the beach. Not convenient. The only good think was the management office and staff, they are very professional and welcoming.

    We had a great week and really enjoyed this home. The set up was excellent… the cleanliness and quality of the things we used inside the home were excellent. Sometimes, inside a ‘rental’ the couches, beds, linens, dinnerware etc are low quality. With this home, couches were very comfortable and honestly, the bed was one of if not the most comfortable bed we’ve even slept in while on vacation. Our daughter loved the bunk bed too! Not being able to drive to the beach until after 3p (b/c SeaPines only lets the first 50 non-SeaPines guests into the parking lot, and we were not interested in taking the trolly) was a bummer, but we are more of a pool family anyway… so not a huge deal. The concierge screen on the wall was a nice touch…. Overall solid experience and would suggest this spot to others if you are considering a vacation to Sea Pines!
