Your group will be minutes from the slopes and everything else along the main Killington access road. This is the left unit of a duplex which has been lovingly renovated in a modern farmhouse style in 2022 to provide a wonderful stay and enhance your Vermont experience.


This house is perfect for a large family or friends get-together for skiing, downhill mountain biking, Spartan racing, summer hiking leaf-peeping or even working remotely.

You will have access to the left-hand unit of this beautiful duplex, including the left-hand patio, deck, and yard areas. The pool, tennis, sauna, gym and steam room all resort amenities provided by the Woods Spa, which is a short drive down the access road. They are open 9am-4pm Sun - Thu and 9am - 6pm Fri and Sat. They provide towels, showers, lockers and a changing room.

Killington Road is the heart of everything in Killington with many options for eating, and after hours entertainment. BearLeft is located well to take advantage of it all.

You will have three parking spots at the property. If more parking is needed, additional space is available nearby on request.

Parking is limited to three cars onsite, if you have more vehicles, please let us know and we will provide you with an offsite place to park.

The pool, tennis, sauna, gym and steam room all resort amenities provided by the Woods Spa, which is a short drive down the access road. They are open 9am-4pm Sun - Thu and 9am - 6pm Fri and Sat. They provide towels, showers, lockers and a changing room.

Please note: If you need a pack `n play or a high chair - these must be requested in advance. When you reach out to us, we can provide a link to request these for a fee via BabyQuip.

I also wanted to give a reminder about our age restrictions at The Spa:

*No one under the age of 14 is allowed in any of our heated amenities. (Hot tub, Sauna or Steam Room)
*No child under 16 is to be left alone in the pool area.
*Must be 18 or older to be in charge of other children.
*Children under 10 are not allowed in the fitness center. Those 10-14 may be accompanied by someone 18 or older.
*We do not perform any treatments to anyone under the age of 18.

The spa will be closed from May 4–15 for spring cleaning. We’ll reopen on May 16.
• Our entire home including the two outdoor decks is non-smoking (e-cigs included). Smoking is only allowed in the parking lot. There is a $500 fine for smoking in the house.
• Quiet hours are from 10pm - 8am. We use Minut, smart home technology that measures volume levels throughout the property and allows us to respond to noise nuisances without disrupting your stay. Minut is 100% privacy compliant and is required on this property. If you have any questions, please ask. We are committed to your comfort so please let us know if we can do anything during your stay to make it more enjoyable.
• In renting this property, you agree to hold the owner and property manager harmless for any injury, harm, or death resulting from the use of ladders and bunk beds.
• For your safety and ours, we have an outdoor camera aimed at the driveway. There are no cameras in any of the living areas.

    Overall our stay was fine, but a few things I would like to mention if someone is looking to rent this property. Upon arrival, some areas of the house were dirty and did not seemed cleaned, mostly the entrance floors and carpets. However the owner was responsive to me and offered to come back and inspect the property. The master bedroom heat makes a clicking noise that did wake us up each night. The bunk room was extremely cold and we couldn’t find any heat source in the room. I know the home is convenient for easy access to Killington, but do not think it is worth the nightly cost. The upstairs is smaller in person than in the photos. Positive note, fireplace was great, kitchen is well stocked and bathrooms were clean. The owners did check in to make sure if we needed anything.

    Good for a quick stay at Killington for 2 families. Property had what we needed and was clean. Could be a little noisy given close to access road but did not bother us. We got a lot of fresh snow which was a bonus.

    Great house fully renovated and only minutes from K1. Fantastic location and house, with very comfortable beds, and super soft sheets. Everything was included and thought of. TV's, music, even bath soaps, and throw blankets. Plenty of hot water, and heat. Fully stocked kitchen, with quality appliances and accessories.The rooms had enough outlets, lighting, and storage.Could not have asked for a better house. Easy parking with a covered porch! We will rent again. Hosts provided housewarming gifts. Perfect!
