Stayed Nov 28, 2025We had a wonderful stay at Bearfoot on the River. The view of the river was beautiful and the location was easy access to downtown Ellijay and downtown Blue Ridge. The house was beautiful, clean, and meticulously maintained. Patrick was quick to respond and helpful with a question we had during our stay. Thanks for everything!

Stayed Nov 26, 2025Perfect family get away in the mountains. Lovely, place that was clean, comfortable and spacious. Photos in property listing are an accurate reflection of the place. We appreciated all the great amenities which were as listed. Host was readily available for any questions we had. We enjoyed the scenic view from the deck and our grandchildren especially loved the frequent deer sightings at dawn and dusk. Be prepared for a steep, narrow winding mountain road once you enter the gated community, along with steep driveways into each cabin property. Be sure to take advantage of downtown Ellijay with its great eateries, boutiques, gift shops and antiques as well as local orchards/farm markets.
