Stayed Jul 28, 2025A good location in Chugiak. You don't go somewhere like this for nightlife or restaurants, but hiking, gas, a grocery store and other necessities are close. Good access to the Glenn Highway.

Stayed Aug 13, 2025House is great, plenty of space for all. The location is very close to a highway so it was noisy all night. Probably noisy during the day but we were out sightseeing.Distance from anchorage was as advertised which means you are about midway between Palmer and Anchorage which worked for us.

Stayed Aug 21, 2024Our niece relocated to Alaska, so we booked a stay here to help her get settled and do some adventuring. Great location, beautiful scenery with many things to do close by. Host was excellent.
