Bean Point Bungalow! Pet Friendly Home with Pool and Walk to Beach

Super clean and perfect location for our beach vacation!

This home was amazing. It greatly exceeded our expectations. It was immaculately clean and well appointed with kitchen ware and furnishings that were in perfect condition. And the service and support we received from AMI locals was exceptional.

The house was exactly as pictured on the website. Location is excellent, walkable and convenient to everything in town. The host was readily available and responsive to the few needs/requests we had. I would definitely recommend to others and would return here.

Incredible stay! The host was so attentive and replied to any questions we had within minutes!

We loved it but had a few issues for 6 people staying 6 days. Not enough toilet paper, hand soap, dish soap, laundry and dishwasher pods. We had to go and buy our own and then had to leave it there.Not enough towels, washcloths and beach towels. But when we called for more, they were delivered quickly.Our last night there, we were going to grill out. We preheated the grill and someone had left the grill brushes inside the grill. The proprane grill started on fire with flames shooting up and out the back. We had to use the fire extinguisher. It was a bit scary! We couldnt grill out. The next day we saw it had not been cleaned and was caked with grease.On the positive side it was clean and nicely decorated. It was so close to the beach! Our voncerns were handled promptly and efficiently.We would go back and stay there again!

Great experience. Only issue is front door electronic lock wouldn't engage unless door was pushed on a bit. Took a while to figure out. Also, didnt find any washcloths in master bath. Thx!

We enjoyed our stay at the Bungalow. It was very clean and was comfortable. It is a beautifully decorated home.The only suggestion I have would be to provide more soap, paper towels, toilet paper, Kleenex especially if your stay is for 7 days or more. A beginning set of salt/pepper, would also be nice. The location was excellent!! An easy walk to the beach at bean point. Loved that!!The management was extremely helpful and prompt in their response.We would book this again.

The home was nice and clean. Great neighborhood without all the tourist junk around. Bean point beach is fantastic. It’s super clean and private. Wish I could have stayed longer.

If you’re looking for the perfect blend of relaxation and coastal charm, this house in Anna Maria Island is a dream come true. The home is spotless, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully stocked with everything you might need from beach chairs and towels to a fully equipped kitchen. The location is ideal, close enough to beach. The host is wonderfully responsive and welcoming, making the whole stay seamless and stress-free. We left feeling completely refreshed and can’t wait to return.

House was very close to beach perfect walk. House was equipped with everything we need and very clean. The only thing is I have older kids age range 16-22. So when we got there they were disappointed in the twin beds when the picture showed bunk queens. So our youngest had to suffer whom is very tall. Other than that absolutely perfect. Maybe update your bedroom description it’s a key thing when trying to provide the right size beds for everyone in your group.

Perfect home for a family getaway

Great location. Clean. Easy to access beach. Nice pool. Only complaint I would have is there are only standing showers. Needed a bath for my 3 yr old. Not sure if that was advertised or not, and it wasn’t a reason to give anything less than 5 stars.

This house felt like it was brand new. Loves hanging in the backyard by the soaking pool. Sun hit part of the backyard all day. House was well stocked for everything you need for a relaxing beach vacation.

This house was perfect for our family of 4. Loved the open concept. The small pool was refreshing and the location was amazing - so close to the most beautiful section of the beach. We will be back!

Enjoyed our stay very much, Cannot wait to go back!!
