While Marco Island’s beauty is present throughout the entire island, this house is in one of the island’s best locations, a short walk from beaches, shopping, restaurants, movie theater, and miniature golf. This 2,300 square foot house sleeps eight, with one king bed, one queen, two twins, one trundle bed and three bathrooms. It also comes with a two-car garage.

The lanai is enclosed by a white fence giving you total privacy as you float in the heated pool or relax on sun loungers. After enjoying a day by the pool, there’s only one way to close out the night without having to leave the comfort of your home, or rather, your lanai: fire up the gas grill and serve a poolside barbeque on a shaded lanai table.

Inside, spacious rooms of sun-brightened, sand-inspired tile are tastefully filled with stylish furnishings, tropical and oceanic artwork, and all the comforts of your home away from home. The living room, in particular, features direct lanai access through its massive sliding glass doors.

The kitchen features pure white cabinets, Sub-Zero and Wolf appliances, a quartz island with bar stools, and all modern appliances and cookware. Serve dinner on a wooden table beside floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the lanai and tropical garden. Or use the blender to mix up some ice-cold cocktails to sip on the lanai as the sun goes down.

The bedrooms all feature tile floors and ample closet and drawer space, and the master bedroom gives you an en suite bathroom with a tiled, walk-in shower, and glass doors that open up to the lanai.

The house is filled with comfort-enhancing amenities like air conditioning and heating, ceiling fans, free wi-fi, cable, linens, towels and a washer and dryer. You’ve also got beach essentials like beach towels, beach chairs, beach cart, cooler and umbrella, which will come in handy since you’re just a short walk from the warm sands and turquoise waters of the Paradise Coast.

When you feel like shopping or seeing a movie, another short walk takes you to Marco Walk Plaza, a premier open-air shopper’s paradise filled with boutiques and plenty of fine dining options. You can also walk to Marco Golf and Garden, a miniature golf course in the midst of an award-winning garden.

Reviewer Comments: This rental exceeded our expectations in every way—especially the location, how well the home was stocked, and the beautiful lanai and pool. We loved being able to walk to the beach daily and enjoy several nearby restaurants without having to worry about parking.The kitchen was exceptionally well equipped, including plenty of Tupperware (which is rare!), leftover spices in the pantry, and even laundry detergent. There were more than enough bath and beach towels for our stay.The pool was perfect, and we truly enjoyed the relaxing sound of the waterfall each day. This home is ideal for a fun and comfortable family stay, and we would highly recommend it.

First of all, this was our second time renting from Marco Island Vacation Properties. They are FANTASTIC.The property itself was spotless and even more amazing than the pictures show. The beds were so comfortable. The lanai was perfect and the pool was the perfect temperature. Loved having bikes, chairs, coolers available. SO close to Marco Plaza and the beach. EASY walks. Our teens walked to the beach by the JW every night and we were very comfortable with that!You will not be disappointed - we didn't want to leave!

The interior of the property comes with high end appliances, spacious rooms, and all the amenities you could need. The pool was great and the house comes fully equipped with all the beach day gear you could possibly need (carts, wagons, umbrellas, chairs, toys, coolers). It was such a great experience that we will be coming back to the same property next year! Highly recommend.
