Pros: Roomy. Clean. The AC, washer/dryer and hot water worked good. Plenty of shampoo, pillows and towels. Quiet neighborhood. Close drive to the beach. Pool(s) access. Cons: Slight musty odor inside when we first arrived, there were scented candles so we lit them and it did help. The shower heads are terrible. The 4pm check in, I asked about early check in and was told I'd be contacted if it was possible but nothing.

The only two complaints I would have for this property is the drain in the hallway shower backed up so you were standing in a puddle while you showered and we ran out of propane while cooking our burgers for our 4th of July dinner. There was a second tank alongside the back of the house but it was empty too. So that kind of put a damper on things. Overall though, the house is great. Two doubles in the master though kind of sucks, but I understand why the owners did this. We loved the front porch with the overhang. The massive couches were great with pull the out beds. Also really appreciated the 2nd fridge for storage.

This place was absolutely amazing. It has the perfect “at home” feel to it & is decorated beautifully- just like a beach house! It is in a very quiet & peaceful community. It felt like our “home away from home.” If this place continues to be rented out, my wife & I will book it every single summer!

Very convenient North Ocean City location in the Montego Bay community. This property is well located in the community and was in excellent condition and very very clean. The layout is great for families. Everyone can have their space to spread out or get away from the family chaos. The listing and photos described the property very well. It has everything you need and more for a beach week vacation. The one thing lacking was a sun shade for the front porch in the afternoon. It is a nit picky item but would have made sitting on the west facing porch in the evening more enjoyable. Overall, this is an excellent family friendly property that I would recommend and use again.

The home was beautiful and you can tell the owners take pride in it! Their special touches throughout really helped you feel at home! The home is spacious. The management company on the other hand was not helpful or accommodating. First, we were not able to check in at 4 since the house was not ready. It was resolved finally and they did compensate us for the time lost. Mid week, we ran out of hot water. I tried using the management company’s app, emailing and calling customer service to have it resolved and we seemed to get the run around. We were told someone would get back to us within the hour. We started calling Tuesday at 8:00 pm and by Wednesday at 5:00 pm, it was not resolved. When I called again, Tuesday night…I was sent a text to respond immediately and check my email. The email stated we had to get out of the place and relocated to another home??? Who does that? We were frantic for a bit and couldn’t understand why we were being expected to leave. It sort of felt like it was an intimidation tactic or that they were upset with the calls. I contacted VRBO and suddenly things were resolved and we were able to finish the week at the home. The management company was trying to force us to leave mid vacation to outdated and far away homes that would not work. I don’t understand why on earth they thought that was their best solution. The hot water issue was resolved in 10 minutes once the repairmen actually got there. He said he was available all day and if we had any other problems, to call he would be working the next day! Turns out a pilot went out. It was an extremely easy fix. If I were the home owners, I would look into another management company because they are wasting their money AND probably losing future potential renters. I have rented home several times and I have never had any experience like this where they were trying to force us out rather than fix the problem. After speaking with the repairman, no one called him until that night so someone dropped the ball. So sad! We didn’t let it ruin our time even though a lot is our vacation was wasted on calls trying to get things resolved for both issues. Also the management company was supposed to leave us an access card to use the pool and that didn’t come until Wednesday either. We lost 4 days of pool time. Again, other than the management company not doing their job…this house was great!
