Beachside Townhomes on the Beach with Spectacular Sunsets

It was amazing to be able to walk out onto the beach

We had a good time, it was our first vacation as a family of 4 in a while , the place was clean and the best part being access to the beach from the deck. Just a few steps away. The only drawback was the microwave was not in a good condition and we had to use it with caution. I would give 4.5 stars just for that. But we enjoyed our time thoroughly there. Would be nice if there were some additional toys for the kids.

The location is absolutely perfect! Having direct access to the beach and beautiful views could not be beat. The location also gives easy access to all the restaurants and stores. The only thing was a small cleanliness issue. For the most part, there were no compliments except the shower curtains are dirty, there was some hair left in the showers, and the fans are very dusty. Overall, we had a great stay.

Really nice, roomy townhome directly on the beach. We enjoyed our stay and would book again without hesitation.

This was our second year in a row here and we will be coming back next year. It’s just a great place to stay.

We have stayed here several times and absolutely love this property and location. The owners are easy to communicate with and the price is more than reasonable.

The condo location could not be beat! The beach is steps away from the porch! Communication with the owner was outstanding and very quick, before, during and after the week we rented!VERY CLEAN! The kitchen is very well stocked and the grill was a life saver for us instead of going out to eat! That meant we could have that much more time ON THE BEACH! WE WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK!

Likes: Great location in PCB. This unit is right on the beach. Quick communication with owner. Very easy check in.Dislikes: The downstairs bedroom,converted from garage, was extremely uncomfortable due to the heat, even with a fan on—we were there late-June. There’s no bathroom door in the master bathroom.Overall we had a nice week but will not likely return due to the downstairs bedroom.

The location was excellent. Much better than a high rise condo. It was clean and fully stocked throughout. No problems with anything. The deck was a popular hangout in the early mornings and late evenings. We even used the grill to grill some fresh fish that we caught. My only complaint is that the third bedroom doesn’t have a TV. The children like to watch TV at night and a couple of times while it was raining outside. A small smart TV with wall mount is very affordable. We brought our own so it was okay. Overall the place is wonderful and we plan to come back next year. A++

Enjoyed being on the ocean. The kids enjoyed the sand and the waves. Unit was very clean and had everything we needed.

This place is beautiful. The owner is super nice. Only thing that i could complain about is cleaning. We noticed some send in the freezer,the oven was dirty and few more things about cleaning in general Other than that i would love to recommend this townhouse to others.

Townhome is directly located on the beach and has everything you'd need to stay comfortably. We had one little issue and Darlene addressed it quickly! We had an amazing time will definitely book it again in the near future.

The townhome was great. You are right on the beach which is wonderful. The master bedroom is located upstairs and has beautiful views of the beach. The bathroom attached does not have a bathroom door for those couples who like privacy during bathroom breaks. The second bedroom upstairs has views of the street area. This attached bathroom does have a door. Downstairs you have the living area, non-attached bathroom, and third bedroom. The third bedroom gets pretty hot especially if cooking during the day/night. I read reviews about all the rules that are around the townhome but I didn’t find them to be an issue. The owner is very responsive. There are stray cats hanging around. Most things were clean but anything not completed wasn’t upsetting. One of the residents cleaned our outside trash out complaining about what the “renters” are tossing out and was pretty rude about renters in general. She knocked on the door to complain about what we toss, how she had to toss out her pants due to “venison juices” getting on her pants from cleaning out our can, and how owners who rent their places go through washers/dryers each year because of “renters”, and more. It was pretty uncomfortable. We are spending thousands to be there and don’t really want to hear that negativity on our trip. If you cannot toss bait or meat juices, etc then it should be stated being many “renters” will have bait for fishing (our case wasn’t venison) or meats for cooking. Overall was still good stay.

This was our second summer in a row at the condo. Always a breeze checking in and the home is always in great order and clean. Location is great also. Will continue to stay here over the years.

We had a grand family week bonding and making memories. The neighbors were very nice. The house was great and the back porch was used thoroughly. The outside shower design was good at keeping the sand downstairs. The owner Darlene was very nice, attentive and helpful. The beach is exactly why we were there and spent a large amount of time down on the beach. Thank you Key family for sharing your fabulous condo!
