It's a beautiful house but what we're selling here is convenience. This townhome is located ON THE BEACH with your own private entrance and shower.
After a day on the beach or when you take a day off from the beach, restaurants, shopping and entertainment for all ages is so close you can smell the food cooking from the front door (with favorable winds).
From this west end location, within 2 miles many of the cities major attractions can be walked to or driven in minutes. If you've been here before then you know how slow Front Beach Road can be, taking up to 30 - 40 minutes just to drive a few miles. Not from here, it's just minutes even in the most crowed traffic.

If it's your first time in PCB, then you're lucky to start in a townhome and not a high rise condo with all their parking and elevator problems. If you've been here before and you've stayed in condos, then after this, you'll probably never go back. Again, it's about convenience.
From the driveway you can see, Domino's, McDonalds, Muy Wayno's, and The VIP convenience store.
So what are you waiting for Come here and stay on the beach, enjoy the warm gulf waters, take your spot early in the morning and walk the short distance from the house to the beach easy easy.
We have seen countless dolphins from the back deck or the beach. Besides dolphins, you can commonly see giant pelicans, other sea birds, sting rays, blue crabs, manta rays and ghost crabs at night. Occasionally you will see sea turtles, manatees, small sharks, sting rays and bald eagles.
During the fourth of July, watch an incredible amount of fire works from the safety of this property.
