This property is in a great location and the proximity to the beach is great. However, it’s in desperate need of a deep cleaning. The place wreaks of dog and the furniture has been chewed up by a dog. It’s supposed to be a pet free rental! There’s mold in the master shower, some of the light fixtures are broken and bulbs need to be replaced. The couch in the living room has sunken in cushions, also smells like a dog and needs to be replaced.

Great time close to the blue water. Close to the public access beach so saw lots of shenanigans but not right where we were. Place needed a few small fixes but felt nice and clean. Would stay again!

Will be renting this unit again! The outside building is older, but our unit was nicely updated. The pool is in need of updating. The porch is just a few steps from the sand. The condo is beside a public beach access, however the beach in front of the condos is private. Can’t wait to go back.

Very nice, clean, and on the beach. Location on the 30A area is very calm, nice, and wonderful for a family. We would stay again.

Briefly: - Leak in the first floor ceiling. - only one dish towel - broken screen on porch - no sheet on master bed nor one available to put on. Only fitted sheet and thin comforter. - a few lights were out - air worked well with regard to temperature, but still high humidity between 65% at night to 77% during the day - laundry inside the downstairs bathroom ( not s big deal) - master bedroom sliding door to balcony doesn’t latch to close completely - first floor sliding door too hard to close and open - 3 remotes for the television - keypad lock with 7 digits and a star a real pain - garbage has to be put out in the dumpster 50 yards away from condo - needs an available wet mop for sand removal during stay - master bathroom small and dated with ceiling fan above the sinks(odd) - jacuzzi tub IN the master bedroom (strange)

The views here were amazing and the convenience to the beach! That alone is worth 5 stars but there were several annoyances at this unit. Overall, the unit needs a deep cleaning. The downstairs area had a very strong musky smell. I killed a roach in a drawer upstairs on the first evening which left me a little uneasy. Trying to cook on Thanksgiving Day and couldn’t find a mixer or can opener in the unit. The biggest annoyance was that there was an electrical issue. I dont know what the problem was but the lights continuously blinked and there were issues with trying to run different things at the same time. For instance, when you turned the dryer on, the TV would turn off. Would consider only staying here again with updates and maintenance. Will look at other units here.

Our family enjoyed staying here the entire week & we will be going back!!
