Stayed Feb 10, 2026Three generations stayed in this home and we all had a wonderful stay! I loved relaxing in the hot tub. My kids, especially my grandsons loved the pool slide, the ping-pong, the air hockey and the cornhole. It’s not easy to drain the energy of two preteen boys, but with all of the amenities they were worn out by evening! The host Aayush communicated well and frequently to resolve any issues. I highly recommend this VRBO!

Stayed Jan 10, 2026We had a very pleasant stay. Aayush was extremely polite, responsive, and accommodating. The experience was amazing— the property was spotless and thoughtfully set up. The games kept our kids entertained, and the pool was perfect with a shallow area for kids and deeper space for adults.The backyard speakers were our absolute favorite. We spent evenings outside playing music at a low volume and enjoying the relaxing backyard vibe, along with the fire pit and tiki bar. The PlayStation games were a fun throwback to our childhood and truly incredible.The neighborhood felt safe and friendly. Anytime we needed something or had a concern, we messaged the host and he responded promptly and resolved it right away. Everything you could possibly need was provided—beach towels, pool toys, and beach toys.Overall, it was a fantastic stay and we would definitely come again.

Stayed Sep 26, 2025Beautiful property for our mini getaway with friends and my dogs. So many options for fun and games and a beautiful pool and slide. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms state of the art!There isn’t much green space in the backyard for dogs to do their business, but the neighborhood is lovely for walking. There are some friendly neighborhood cats. One even joined us for a walk

For a bit more than a hotel or a small beach apartment, we got a spacious, modernized house with our own pool, laundry, easy parking, and a quiet family-oriented neighborhood. As a veteran of these kinds of stays, I can say it is always welcome when a listing matches the house well, including photos, condition, and amenities, and the host is responsive. Good work.

Stayed Feb 13, 2025We have had at least 6-8 rentals for varying reasons. I have to say Aayush was hands down the most responsive, unbelievably responsive. We had an operator issue with the smart lock. I texted Aayush and he responded in less than a minute at 11:00 in the evening. We had to text him a few times for features such as turning on the waterfall. He always responded immediately. The house was exactly as advertised, warm welcoming, gorgeous, comfortable and fun. There are more interesting games we played than we saw in the photos. Everything worked flawlessly though we couldn’t start the hot tub but, again, I think that was user error. The pool guy—also friendly, nice and engaging, told us about the property book and said it worked. He suggested downloading an app. We didn’t (hint: we’re all retired). My last observations are, the neighborhood wasn’t just gorgeous, but quiet, eerily quiet, and beautiful. There was some music and children laughing from one behind us. We liked what they were playing. One of my companions shouted, “Turn it up!” They did and then back down. Also, everything you can imagine is 10 minutes away—literally everything. Some areas at the edge of the neighborhood and beyond weren’t as affluent but nothing too sketchy.Overall, 5 out of 5…OK, 6 out of 5!
