Stayed Jun 14, 2025This house has a great layout and is spacious and open. Every bedroom has a view of the water. The location, on the east end of the island, was perfect. Quiet, away from the public beaches. Although not RIGHT on the water, you feel like you are because you’re so close and can see it very well. We spent a lot of time on the front porch, enjoying the sound and sights of the waves. The walk to the beach was super easy and short. While it was nice to have a pool, it would have been nice to have a fence that was not privacy. Mainly so airflow could get through. It was quite hot in the pool area. The reason for 4 stars is due to the home needing some upgrades- mainly electrical and atheistic (cabinets, lighting, outdoor seating, etc). Lights flickered when turning on oven, etc. Overall, it was a wonderful place to stay as long as you don’t mind the minor things mentioned above.

Stayed May 19, 2024This property has a great view of the gulf from the upstairs deck. The beach access is not as convenient as I had hoped, but it's a short walk. The kitchen is well-equipped and had everything we needed. The bathrooms and decor were dated, but there is plenty of space and seating. Could have used some more shade at the pool. Truthfully, I wish we could have stayed longer than a week. It was very comfortable and relaxing.
