Beachside - Gulf Beachsde, 3 Bedrooms, 2 Baths, Pet Friendly, Sleeps 8.

We visited for our family vacation and was thought the house was not as great as it could be. The beach was awesome but the house really needs some attention. We stayed in this same house 5 years ago and you can definitely tell that it has not been kept up well. From broken cabinets to stained up furniture, linens that mirror rags and appliances that are noisy and falling apart, this house could use some Attention. The mounds of sand outside are now covering the stairs. At night the neighbors kept all their porch lights in so it was hard to sit outside and enjoy the stars not to mention their lights shine right into the bedroom. We were pretty disappointed in the house for the amount we paid.

We had a wonderful week at Beachside! The house was decent, could use a little updating maybe-but the location and view were fantastic…and I can’t say enough about Boardwalk Realty, the property managers. They were responsive to every request, greeted us with a smile and local recommendations upon arrival to pick up our key, and went the extra mile to make our vacation perfect. Thank you to Beth and Boardwalk Realty for making our trip extra special!

We really loved this property. When you sit on the deck, you're on the beach. The layout of the house was great. Plenty of room, especially in the master bedroom. All three of the beds were very comfortable. This property could use some TLC--there were several raised nails on the steps and the deck and some of the deck boards were splintered and loose. Some of the bathroom and kitchen linens were ragged. But it is a beautiful home and its' greatest feature is the location--which is the main thing.

We enjoyed our stay immensely. The view was gorgeous and the island in environment were beautiful.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay until Sally chased us away. We will definitely be back!

Good location Do not rely on vrbo pictures, etc House cleaning was poor; deck is old with rusty nail pops; black mould issues; deck awnings in complete disrepair and cannot be used; no gas grill...a real downer; good kitchen layout; 4 broken deck chairs; leaking plumbing under house; poor internet connectivity. House really showing its age. Will not be back. Too bad.

We really enjoyed our stay. This was our first time to Dauphin Island and it will not be our last. The house was perfect and the location amazing.

Another great stay at Beachsdes on Dauphin Island! We were there in September when the tropical storm hit had to stay one night in Mobile. This time the weather was great for March. Love the great room slash Kitchen. Very comfortable and easy to get around in. Plenty of room on the deck with easy access to the beach. Can’t wait to get back!
