    This property was wonderful! Each room worked great for our family. The kitchen was well stocked. I really appreciated the pantry space, as we brought food and cooked some meals there. Having four bikes for our kids was a huge help. There were chairs for us to use on the beach, which weren’t expected, but appreciated. Kismet Properties were wonderful to work with. This is our 13th Christmas week in Seagrove Beach and we have booked with Kismet for 10 of those years. I’m already thinking about next year and depending on how many of our kids join us, we could be back at Beachin.

    This home is very close to one of the neighborhood pools which we enjoyed! The home was very clean and well decorated. It had a well stocked kitchen with plenty of dishes, bowls, utencils, glasses, etc. The beds were EXTREMELY comfortable in all the bedrooms. The kids in our group really enjoyed the common area upstairs, as well as the screen porch on the main level and second story.

    This home was absolutely enjoyable to stay in during our family, with dogs, vacation. We come to Sea Grove every summer and this home and neighborhood checked all our boxes-from a downstairs bedroom, two living spaces, private backyard, quite street, neighborhood pool, tennis court, and super close to downtown Sea Side and fast-easy beach access. And not to forget allows dogs. Kismet Management was very responsive with our few needs. Home was super clean, quiet and comfortable! We will be back!

    This is our second time staying here, and we couldn't ask for more from a rental company and stay. The house is super clean, with a really well equipped kitchen, and right across the street from the pool. The beds and bedding are really comfortable. My favorite thing about the house is all of the outdoor options for seating and the beautiful neighborhood. We love riding the bikes and walking around in the evenings. We had one small leak under a sink and Kismet had someone out there to fix it in within about 20 minutes. They're super responsive and I really like the app they use to communicate. Thanks for a great time!

    The property was in a great community. Compared to the rest of 30A, there were lots of trees and it was really quiet and while you were at the beach, it felt like your own oasis. We brought two dogs and enjoyed the fenced backyard and screened in porch. They enjoyed walks around the neighborhood each day, there was very little traffic, and the neighborhood was very pet friendly, we saw lots of other dogs. The beach was about a 10-minute walk and the vendor they recommended was really easy to use and the fees for chairs/umbrellas was reasonable based on my past experience on 30a. The house was very nice, the kitchen had everything you needed, and it was a great setup for our family of 5. The hustle and bustle of Seaside was also just a short walk that we made several times. Overall, we would stay here again in a second.

    What an amazing property this home is! I have no complaints at all. It was roomy, modern, cozy and nicely updated. I was amazed at how clean it was, never thought twice about touching anything or putting out things in the cabinets and drawers. I appreciated the details from Kismet as well with the necessities needed and special touches. My only recommendation would be a dresser in the main level master bedroom for clothes storage and to cut down the small trees all along the driveway. It makes it very difficult to get in and out of vehicles. It is just a little overgrown and to narrow. Otherwise it was amazing. We will for sure be returning and what a treat to have such a wonderful place where we can also bring our furry friend. Thank you for an amazing place.
