BeachHouse Bungalow Spacious 1 level, Quiet & Cozy walk to the Beach!

My niece graduated from St. Leo University at the Tampa Fair Grounds and then we enjoyed a few Days of fun and relaxation in this gorgeous house that is just a block or so from Redington Beach. The house is amazing, great kitchen, comfortable bedrooms, cozy living room, and the backyard is beautiful with a fire pit and lights strung that make for some great family time away from all the noise that is our daily lives. The beach is great and not crowded. My brother found over a dozen sand dollars swimming about 10 yards offshore. They were everywhere. There is no need to bring anything for the beach as it is all provided. There are beach toys for the kids and adults, a beach wagon, and beach chairs--I could go on and on. If you need it, it's there. Love, love, loved it would go back in a second.

We had an amazing family gathering at the Beach House Bungalow! The supplies provided for beach days were perfect and we had space at the house for toddlers through teens. The location is great with easy access to tourist attractions but not stuck in the middle of them. Highly recommend!

Great property, well appointed, comfortable, wonderful location. Enjoyed every aspect of staying at the Beach Bungalow with exception of weak water pressure in kitchen and both bathrooms. Not sure if it’s to the property or a neighborhood issue. It’s workable but would have enjoyed a little more water while taking a shower and washing dishes. Would definitely stay again.

Came here for my sister’s bachelorette weekend and was not disappointed. We all are 30+ years of age and all thoroughly enjoyed the property. The backyard was absolutely amazing! The owners had great communication as well.

This property was in a good location. It was clean and spacious for our family and has a great outdoor area in the backyard. However the queen bed in the master bedroom was squeaky which made it difficult to have a good night’s sleep because any movement created loud noises. There was also an issue with the shower in the master bathroom as the flow rate was extremely slow (less than one third of a gallon per minute) and it was difficult to control the temperature of the water. The owner tried to tell me there was a water main issue causing the low flow, but the shower in the other bathroom had an average flow of over 2 gallons per minute. The owner was slow to respond and never came to fix the issue even when I shared the videos of both showers.

We met my brother and his family for some beach time together!! The house is beautiful with a cool beach theme! The yard was a great place to chat, screened porch to sit and read, and a spacious kitchen fully stocked to make family meals. We were able to walk to the beach for sunset, and drive to St. Pete’s for a day of fun in the sun!! The owners were on top of every question and request, and extremely friendly!! Love this place and hope to return!!!

It was everything I wanted in an rental home for my family! I had family coming in from out of state & this house fit all of our needs. From the beautiful backyard and spacious rooms to the extra beach towels and cookware. Susan was easy to talk to and very accommodating. Definitely recommend this place & will stay again.

I can’t thank the owners enough for lending us their beautiful home. The location is perfect, the backyard is so much fun and is great to hang out in the evenings. I used this home to get ready for my wedding and I couldn’t have asked for anything better. The owners were every easy to communicate with as well. Thank you again. I hope to stay again for a staycation in the furture.
