Beachfront with Pool - Tropical Oasis Directly on the Beach

Our family had a blast. Pool was great. Snorkelling right out back was excellent. Everything was better than expected.

Quick communication and attentive property manager.

We had a wonderful time staying at Stephanie's place. The views were breathtaking. The location was excellent with so much to do nearby, the house was well-equipped specially the kitchen had everything we needed and very clean. Hector was very helpful through our stay. Wish we would have booked it for our whole stay in PR. We look forward to staying here again and highly recommend this place to others. Thank you!

Absolutely beautiful house and surroundings. Lots of kitchen items if you want to cook. The best part of all is the back yard!! Pool and basically your own private beach. Hector is very responsive if anything is needed. Can’t go wrong with this home!!!

This property is a scam. The owner has digitally staged it. What you see on the pictures is NOT at all what is actually in the house. Along with not having the same furniture and atmoshpere, upon driving up to the house, it is obvious that the owner Dan does not include neighborhood pictures becuase it woud provide you with an unsafe/unwelcoming scene. There was no running hot water in the kitchen. There was a bathroom window that never shuts. There is no air in the kitchen or bathrooms. There is a door that locks but does not seal completely. There was a propane heater hooked up the dryer.Originally, I believed 3 days after my initial booking that Dan was not a completly reliable homeowner when it took me days to receive an answer to my questions. Only after I contacted VRBO several times, did he respond. He would not let me get my money back and VRBO assured me that if I was unsatisfied with the proerty for ANY reason, they would take care of me and my family and friends. However, they lied as well. They told me that it is okay for a kitchen to not have hot running water as long as there was hot running water in the bathroom. They also said that it was the owner's right to change the furniture. There motto Book with Confidence is a lie. I booked this place based on the 8 members traveling with me to have a safe comfortable place to stay in Puerto Rico. This was not the case and I recommend never staying here OR believing that VRBO will help out a customer in need.

Loved the pool and beach access. Everything was clean and we had everything we needed. the property manager was extremely attentive and helpful with great advice as to where we could get a birthday cake

Our family of five had a wonderful week-long vacation at this tropical retreat. Without question, it was as advertised, and the vrbo photos are accurate. Highlights: Hector, the property manager!...when I say proactive and responsive, I mean it! He messaged us ahead of our visit with recommendations and advice. Something as small as AAA batteries for a TV remote, and he was literally in-person at the driveway in under an hour! Couldn't have been better. Other highlights: the house is well-appointed and comfortable. Excellent A/C, nice beds, well-stocked kitchen, plenty of towels, hammocks, pool was the perfect temperature. TV's in every bedroom and a huge TV in the living room, ready for sign-in with your own streaming accounts. Plenty of opportunities for sun or shade, depending on what you are looking for. One thing that other reviews don't emphasize as much is the reef right outside the property. Serious snorkelers will want to bring their own equipment, but the tropical fish and coral were incredible. BRING WATER SHOES or CROCS...it's a secluded rocky beach. Yes, there is street noise at night, but the hosts provide earplugs and sound machines, and you do get used it it. Patillas is not a tourist trap: you are soaking up the best of local culture, so enjoy and make the most of it. Way more restaurant options available Thursday thru Sunday, so plan your meals accordingly. Try the Frappés...you won't regret it!

Our stay was absolutely wonderful and we would not hesitate to stay their again. The home is well furnished and equipped and the proximity to the sea is amazing. It is right beyond the wall. There is a large, covered veranda to sit on in the shade and listen to the crashing waves. The property manager is incredibly helpful. Two things to know about. They did not affect our enjoyment and our rating, but future renters might want to know about them. The driveway is very narrow and enters the street on a curve so you need to be careful entering and exiting. Fortunately this is a common occurrence in Puerto Rico so most drivers are very courteous. Also the two largest bedrooms are in the back of the home near the street. At night you can hear street noise from the bedrooms. The bedrooms are equipped with white noise machines. I am a light sleeper and I slept just fine. Don't think twice about it, book this amazing home.

We had a great time during our stay. House is clean, spacious and has plenty of amenities. Stephanie and Hector were very responsive and always avaliable to help during our stay. Hector is a great resource if you stay at this property. You'll have a great time here. at this property.

Highly recommend this rental home! Our grandchildren loved the pool. The house and the location on the beach were lovely! Hector was really helpful and gave us great recommendations. We would love to go back sometime.

I can see why it’s called CASA Bellissimo. The whole place is wonderful. Me and my family had a wonderful vacation. The pool and beach is where we spent most of our time. The house comes equipped with a lot of things that were very essential to eliminate a lot of trips to the store. Hector the property manager was very helpful on places to go and things to do. We did a boat trip with Paseo a La Bahia it was great time. Lots of places to eat on the same street. Definitely worth the time and money to visit!! Will recommend to my friends and family.
