Stayed Aug 2, 2025Location, location, location! It doesn't get better than this house. We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful beach house. Three families (with young kids!) shared the space comfortably--it was perfect for our group. The house was clean, spacious, and well-equipped for both adults and littles. MG was great to communicate with and available when needed! We will be booking again for next year.

Stayed May 23, 2025We had a great trip. House has an awesome location right by the public beach. House is set up for kids and very comfortable for a few families. Convenient parking for cars and golf carts with a private driveway and two empty garage bays.

Stayed May 17, 2024Everything was perfect! Our whole group live on the Eastern Shore just 50 miles north of Cape Charles. We wanted to have a fun weekend with our friends under one roof in a location that would take advantage of all Cape Charles has to offer - beach, sunsets, shopping, restaurants all within walking distance. The house was well equipped, perfect location. Communication excellent and quick to respond to all questions. Would definitely recommend 5 stars
