Every thing was great, I wouldn’t change a thing. Everything we needed was there. Temperature of a/c was great we never touched the thermostat, the linens beautiful and comfortable, I would definitely recommend staying here to others. Thank you Irene and Clay

This property was amazing! We had 15 family members and we were all extremely comfortable and just as happy with our stay. With 7 adults and 8 kiddos 3 to 11y/o, this speaks volumes. The house is beautiful and well supplied. Although there were no shells, the Private beach as well as the ocean were perfect! A great place to get away! From the start hosts were great communicators. Highly Recommend!

Nice private beach. 25 minute drive to downtown Ocean Springs.

Beautiful home in a peaceful setting. Plenty of room to take walks out back on the beach or the road out front. About a 20-25 minute drive to get to grocery stores, restaurants, breweries, etc. We were there in February so the weather was hit and miss but the house is designed for all seasons. LOVED the wrap around porch!

What a beautiful getaway! This little home away from home stood out above all the others for its beautiful interior design, amazing amenities, and breathtaking setting with a fire pit right on the beach. It did not disappoint. Every room had an adjoining bathroom with plenty of clean towels. What a great idea for a beach home. The kitchen was fully stocked with plenty of pots and pans and everything we needed for a low country boil, and cooking every day of our stay. We loved the fire pit and seating right on the beach and took full advantage of the sprawling porches overlooking the gulf. We also loved the long expansive dining table with extra chairs so all 12 of us could dine together. It made for a beautiful place to celebrate milestone birthdays for two of our family members. There was a storm one night of our stay and a grounds crew came and cleaned up the beach. The owners thought of every detail and we all said we would love to return to stay here again- something we do not say often. Thank you so much for the opportunity for this beautiful experience that will last a lifetime.

This was a perfect place for a friend reunion. Beautiful balcony view to have your morning coffee. Lots of beach fires. House was perfectly supplied for 4 different cooks. Just a great trip.

Place was just what we wanted for a little golf weekend, had plenty of space for 8 guys! Deck views were amazing, lots of fun was had!

We had a wonderful stay! The location couldn’t be better—beautiful beachfront and incredibly convenient, just steps from the sand. Our kids had a fantastic time, and we even enjoyed a couple of cozy bonfire nights. The home had plenty of space for our family, and we appreciated the extra blankets and rollaway beds. The fully stocked kitchen made it easy to cook most nights, and the sunsets were absolutely stunning. Such a relaxing getaway. We’ll definitely be back!

It was everything we imagined and more! Having a bath for every bedroom was a god sent!

What a great place. The view of the sunset over the Gulf is amazing. This house has plenty to offer and the owners have made the whole process easy. The Shed BBQ and Bacchus on the Bayou were fantastic. I kind of wish our schedule hadn’t been so busy so that we could have spent more time out on the deck and beach.

We had a fantastic time! House was better than expected! We plan on coming back.

Perfect family vacation home

We were a group of 3 couples --- all over 70 years old. Having all of the rooms and the porches on one level was perfect. Driving into the driveway, you are greeted by a really beautiful beach home. Opening that front door invites you into a living room decorated in wonderfully comfortable furniture and a full view of the back porches, beach, and seating at the water's edge. The bedrooms are spacious , comfortable, and each served by its own bath. We prepared our meals and enjoyed the porch every day. I will be rebooking a return visit! And, I highly recommend this home and its location! The hosts are first class!!! Everything was taken care of and all questions answered.

We had to empty refrigerator that had alot of open containers from previous renters. There were two cabinets full of open food from previous renters. We had to clean an antique cabinet that was filthy and line with paper towels so we could use for our food storage. Deck was covered in black sticky stuff where stuff had been spilled and tracked over entire deck. Furnishings were a bunch of old antiques. Sheets and towels not of good quality. Bath towels were like drying off with a sheet of rubber. Kitchen pots and pans coated with cooked on grease and not in good condition. The whole kitchen was unorganized. This bouse did not meet the VRBO standards of other houses we have stayed.

Lovely setting and great house. We ended up with two more children than we planned on and there was still lots of room for everyone. The kids had fun fishing and crabbing!

Private beach and the outside decks were very nice. Plenty of bathrooms and A/C was nice and cold. Had a very nice time.

Property is gorgeous. Enjoyed peaceful mornings overlooking the Gulf and lots of space for everyone. Property owner was easily accessible and quick to answer when there were questions. Highly recommend this property for a peaceful get away!

BOOK THIS HOUSE!! You’re gonna love it! Its beautiful. Comfortable. Amazing beach views. The back porch is so relaxing. The beds are comfortable! And. Each room has its own bathroom. Great for family vacation. The kitchen has everything you need. The outdoor grill is so convenient. We enjoyed our stay soo much! So many extras! Beach toys were available for our use. Ample blankets and pillows. This was my second time coming and plan on it not being the last!

No cable and having to supply all our drinking water wasn't the best, but house was clean and the view splendid.

We had a great visit at the property! Very quiet neighboorhood. Perfect for our daughters private beach wedding. Irene was very communicative.

Great property. Beautiful white sand, but brown, dark water. No complaints whatsoever about the house and property.

Was a nice house. Clean, right on the beach, close to things either direction. If issues property manager responded. I would say issue was opening doors was a bit difficult to the deck. Water is not drinkable and was yellow in color from sink, toilets and showers. So recommend bring your own water to drink. Other wise was a good stay and space for our group of 11.

An excellent place to experience all sorts of things the Gulf Coast has to offer. Being located on a sort of peninsula provided privacy and an awesome beach experience just steps from the back door. Yet we were still close enough to Biloxi, Mobile or even New Orleans to experience those amazing cities over the course of a week. Would absolutely recommend this house to a friend!

The house layout was perfect. Everyone was able to have their space. The view of the beach was fantastic. We loved making s'mores on the beach at the fire pit.

It was a beautiful home and the private beach was amazing! Many extras were provided in the kitchen. We would definitely stay there again!

Absolutely amazing property. We loved every minute of our trip. We had a 4 generations staying and everyone loved the stay. Clean, cozy, perfect. We had the max people and still plenty of room. The host was very accommodating. Would 110% stay again.

We always love staying at Seagrass! It’s clean, the beds are comfy, lots of space, and best of all, it’s right by the beach. The four bedrooms and 4 baths are a great plus. And the porch! We love the porch- a great place to drink coffee, eat breakfast, or just sit and relax. The fire pit and Adirondack chairs on the beach are an awesome addition, although it was too windy when we were there to have a fire and hang out. We’ll do that next time.

Great place for family get together. The kids loved the big yard and the beach area. We had a bonfire every night! Porch area was lovely refuge any time of day!

Great property. Great beds. Great cooking area. First time being this close to the Mississippi delta so the water did take us a bit by surprise but the house was amazing.

Everything was Perfect

The home was as beautiful as pictured! We loved the large deck overlooking the Gulf. The neighborhood is very quiet as is the beach. We very much enjoyed our time at the Seagrass, but also enjoyed time in Ocean Springs!

Our vacation felt like something straight out of a book. The house was absolutely beautiful, with perfectly curated decor that made it feel like home. Our family was so pleased to find this house! The beautiful ocean views on the back porch and convenience to the private beach are a few of our very favorites. This property is fantastic, clean and convenient! Not to mention, the property management team has excellent communication. We are already looking at the calendar to see when we can come back! Highly recommend!

Beautiful and very comfortable

Spacious inside and out. Easy beach access. We enjoyed the outdoor grill and spending time on the wrap around porch. Definitely recommend!

We really liked the layout because there was so much room to spread out. There is even a spot to work if one were so inclined. The kitchen is in the small side, but the layout allows for plenty of workspace. We all enjoyed sitting outback to enjoy the view everyday. The location is quiet and peaceful. We all felt it was a great long weekend place to escape to.

This was a truly lovely stay for my extended family. We have stayed all along the Gulf Coast in multiple states over the years. Everyone agreed this was probably the nicest property we have rented and it was not even the most expensive. Everything was clean and the kitchen was well-appointed (we ate all of our meals at home). The host immediately responded to a minor concern. There were more places to sleep than our family of 12 needed. The beauty of the view from the porch and the private beach cannot be overstated. The girls spoke late into the evening on the porch swing or on the upstairs balcony. We kayaked, paddleboarded, and fished every single day. The neighborhood was quiet. There were plenty of birds and fish to watch. (I actually kayaked within ten feet of a pod of dolphins in the Sound!) If we had brought along younger children, there were nets and boogie boards available at the house for use. Kids would like seeing the shrimp and hermit crabs, too. If anyone expects perfectly clear water, that is not usual for the MS Sound, but a day trip to the south side of any of the barrier islands could scratch that itch. The water is predictable and easy for swimming and wading. Several of our family went deep sea fishing and loved that experience, as well. I really cannot say enough good things about this property. If I could rank it higher, I would.
