Stayed Oct 30, 2025Location was great. Host was very responsive with our concerns. Used condom was found in the sheets of the main upstairs bedroom. Very little closet space or hooks to hang towels. Doors upstairs are so tall the hooks over the door couldn't be reached. Middle bedroom upstairs has no drawer or closet space. Trash was found all around the outdoor patio under benches and behind the large wood table. All the bar stools inside and Adirondack chairs outside are loose and wobbly. Several boards going down the steps to the beach were loose. Corner of the living rug was rolled up so we kept tripping on it until we requested they come tape it down. Upstairs hallway bathroom constantly runs so we had to keep fixing the flapper inside the tank. We communicated about the shuffleboard game thing upstairs needing sand or whatever is used but no one ever came about that.

Stayed Aug 2, 2025House is beautiful but NOT wheelchair accessible as we were promised which would preclude our return to this beautiful listing. ocean was delightful and the beach is beautiful as well. It is very unfortunate this house will not work for my mobility challenged family member. Otherwise it is a great listing.

Stayed Jul 3, 2025Never did it say it was a duplex where the other renters share the outside space. Not good when they are loud and smoke cigs and weed with 25 of them in that one side. Limit was 20 I think. Cars on their side were an issue. Place was filthy...hair all over the couch and chairs, chip crumbs on the area rug, clump of hair in shower, slow drains, spots on upholstery and rug. Very limited kitchen supplies...no cheese grater etc. and fry pans were unusable. There was no ice maker in the house... we had to buy ice. Trash everywhere outside. Killed a large cockroach inside.

Stayed May 18, 2025Beautiful property but does need to be unkept a bit better. The stools in the house were all falling apart along with the ones on the back patio. Very dangerous. Lots of trash on ground in front of balcony. Also, we did not know that some of the bunk beds didn’t have mattresses so that was inconvenient. AC leaked and didn’t work very well in the big master bedroom on 2nd floor room. Other than that, very convenient location away from the big crowds and very quiet beach.

Stayed Mar 16, 2024Lots of beds! Layout of bathrooms is a bit awkward, no towel bars, a little small for the amount of people. Kitchen lacks kitchen ware if you plan on cooking at all. No ice maker except a countertop unit which was broken and inadequate once again for the amount of people. Maintenance people online that I communicated with several times were very helpful and nice. Office staff was rude.

Stayed Jul 19, 2023Overall property was great. Losing power for 6 hrs. or so was the only hiccup. Great location. Beautiful beach.
