Amazing place with amazing views of the Gulf. Host was quick to respond with any questions and easy going. We held a wedding reception in the front and it was amazing!

I reserved this breathtaking house to celebrate my wedding, following our ceremony at a Catholic Church! The owner graciously let us host the festivities here, complete with cake and champagne. The views were absolutely stunning, and every guest raved about the gorgeous house and how perfectly magical the celebration turned out. I couldn’t have dreamed of a more ideal spot for such a flawless day! A huge thank-you to Leah for making it all happen!

Beautiful house, great spot! A little disappointed at “grill”. Expected a gas grill so was a bit disappointed to see a mini weber. Overall a great place.

Let me start by saying that the house is beautiful and the location is great. Now for the bad, this is not nor should ever be listed as a 7 bedroom house. 2 of the so called bedrooms are located through a bedroom, through a closet. This 2 rooms have no windows and only way out is through closet. The other bedroom on the top floor has to also share 1 of the 2 bathrooms inside the 2 bedrooms upstairs along with anyone sleeping in the 2 bedrooms inside the closets. The main floor has 1 of the most beautiful master suites with porch access and outstanding views. The 2nd bedroom downstairs has to exit room, travel through portions of living room, then go through kitchen, through pantry, past washer and dryer to get to toilet and shower. I have stayed at multiple Vrbo listings over the past 15 plus years and will continue to do so, but my honest opinion is this is not a 7 bedroom house. If you are looking for a beautiful 3 maybe 4 bedroom house in a great location, look no further, but if you are looking for more bedrooms, look very close before booking.

The house is beautiful and directly on the beach. Plenty of room for multiple families to have plenty of room to roam around. First, the house did not look like the pictures advertised. It was listed as having 7 bedrooms, but in reality, there were only 5 real bedrooms and 2 mattresses shoved into closets—this was misleading and disappointing for our group.When we arrived, several things were already wrong:The garage door was brokenThere were barely any towels providedNo bath mats at allBroken ping pong paddlesThe WiFi was terribleAfter we left (on a Friday), we suddenly started receiving messages from the owner days later claiming we damaged towels, bath mats, washcloths, ping pong paddles, and the garage door—all of which were either missing or broken when we got there. It’s clear they are trying to scam us out of more money and seems this is a trend they are doing. The most concerning part: the stairs in the home are extremely dangerous with NO proper lighting. Multiple people in our group fell, including elderly family members. It’s honestly a huge safety hazard.Overall, it was still a great vacation but between the misleading listing, unsafe conditions and attempts to blame us for pre-existing damage we were not happy in the end.

The house was clean and updated. Everything we needed for a weekend stay was there. It's my go-to spot in Navarre.

This house was incredible. Fully stocked kitchen with thoughtful touches like kids plates and cups, lots of seating in dining and living areas, tons of space for the kids to run around and play, and right on the beach. The back deck had stunning views and comfortable seating. This was a wonderful house to vacation in and we will be back!

My whole family stayed here for my wedding and it was perfect, everything was beautiful and very clean, we had a great time

I stayed two nights and it rained the entire time! The house is absolutely beautiful and we stayed there for my mom's 90th birthday. We were unable to go out on the deck because of the rain and it is very nice out there.. the only part I had trouble with was the stairs cause I had a knee replacement a few months ago, and my mother, uses a walker and had to be carried by my grandsons up the stairs, other than that everything was great.

Property was great! My guests enjoyed the ocean views and walks on the beach. We had everything we needed to be comfortable. I would add, we could have used a few more kitchen garbage bags and paper towels, we did our own cooking due to weather and not wanting to leave the house. Overall, I would use this property again.

We had a wonderful experience here. The updates to the house were fantastic. You cannot beat the location and the beach. Beds were all very comfortable and clean. We will absolutely be coming back here.

This house was even more beautiful in person! The space was clean, comfortable and great for the beach wedding we hosted. The host was responsive and friendly. The location was perfect for some of the best sunrises and sunsets I have ever witnessed.

This is a beautiful property, thoughtfully designed in a setting that few others can match. There are plenty of activities in and around Navarre, but just being in this home , steps from the beach on a private walkway, is a vacation all by itself. I hope I get the opportunity to return very soon!
