It is that time of year for them; we have them where we live. Overall, wonderful views, great service. I love that this cottage had 2 full bathrooms.

Both bathrooms were spacious and well maintained and the view from the balcony is stunning. Good storage options for suitcases and clothes and great space in bedroom and living room.

Even in January we were lucky to have nice weather and spent a lot of time on the back deck overlooking the ocean. We loved the hammock and the jacuzzi tub. The cottage is an easy walk to restaurants and shops. This was a perfect getaway for us and we would love to stay here again.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: A home for the owners and not so much for the renters. I have stayed in a different Honeymoon Cottage years ago which was lovely. When we travel, I want to be in a home or hotel that is as nice as mine home. We paid for the view. The kitchen was supplied with old dishes and a mix of glassware and silverware. No dishwasher, but 2 refrigerators (1 up and one in the bedroom we never used.) Freezer needed to be cleaned. Bedroom storage poorly designed. My husband used the cabinet, my dresses couldn’t hang there as they were too long so they were on the hat rack. The outdoor tube was unappealing. Porch table gave us a place to sit. Rocking chair is not our thing. 2 nice outdoor chairs would have been perfect. Living room sofa was nice. I think providing a list of what isn’t available would be helpful for those looking to rent. We have stayed in small and larger homes in Seaside with your company and this is the first one we felt was underwhelming for the money. Next time I will chat with you all first.You are a great company and we will return to one of your homes again.

Reviewer Comments: The views were wonderful and the proximity to the beach and shopping was excellent. It would have been nice to have instructions on the tv and the deck has sprinters. I really wanted to walk the beach on my last morning but did not have access due to the gate bracelet change the night before my checkout. One would think you’d have beach access for your entire stay. Overall it was a wonderful place to stay. Love Seaside!

Lastly the hammock should be replaced with a new one... These simple repairs are ESSENTIAL to keep Peace Cottage competitive with other 30-A rentals. Jed K in Atlanta.
