Stayed Nov 22, 2025Our second time staying here and it was just as impressive as the first time!! Love this place and Stephanie is an amazing host. Super responsive and has a great team working with her. The property is beautiful, well kept and maintained. The location is perfect as food and beach are minutes away. We have 2 families share this unit with one upstairs and the other downstairs. Laundry on site with nice appliances overall. Having 3 full bathrooms is amazing with teenage girls. We are staying again next year! Thank you Stephanie for being an awesome host!

Stayed Jul 18, 2025Very nice property that backs up to a good section of the beach which is a short walk away and also close to the Siesta Key Village area.A couple of things that could be improved:1) Check-in directions should include the fact that the keypad to enter the door code is located behind the garage, as is the main door. We spent several minutes looking for the keypad to enter the door code in the front. We also look at the keypad that was up the stairs on the side of the house, which is inactive.

Stayed Apr 23, 2025We stayed here for 5 nights. The property was just as it looks in the pictures. Everything was neat and Clean. Unit had Extra bath towels, beach towels and beach chairs. The unit is close to town to walk or take the trolley.

Stayed Mar 22, 2025Everything said to be and more. Location was great- beach area was not crowded, close enough to walk into village. Plenty of space for our family of 5, plus 2 friends. The absolute only thing I would change - making the master a private space from the loft ;)

Stayed Jan 22, 2025The property was great and extremely clean. Only a couple minute walk to the beach and another short walk to the village. The weather was cold so we chose to drive most of the time but you wouldn’t need to on nicer days. Communication with the host was great and was able to even access the property early when I requested. Overall it was a great experience and we would love to stay again.

Stayed Nov 23, 2024This place is absolutely adorable! Two families stayed together on this property, family of four occupying the upper level and a family of three down below. Property manager was quick to respond with any questions. Amenities were top-notch. Simple things like beach, chairs, cooler, towels and umbrellas all provided. Very clean and extra paper towels, garbage bags, and cleaning supplies all on hand. That view tho… absolutely gorgeous!!! Easy walk to the beach and easy walk downtown! Stephanie is a great host!
