Recently remodeled from top to bottom, Rita-by-the-Sea exudes coastal charm with a soothing color palette and floor-to-ceiling windows that frame the breathtaking vistas. Indulge in modern conveniences, from rainfall showers to three power-recliner sofas in the living room. The full kitchen comes well-appointed with new appliances, while amenities such as a washer/dryer add a touch of home to your getaway. Stream your favorite shows using your own account log-ins. The summer breeze keeps the vacation rental cool in the temperate climate. Like most homes in the area, there is no air-conditioning. Recent updates added a floor to ceiling ocean views window wall, designer accent wall and a cozy electric fireplace.
The house features two primary suites facing the water, along with a queen sofa bed in the living room for an additional option. Three bedrooms have sit-stand work desks and chairs, ensuring a comfortable and productive stay.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
